Nyx3d
I couldn't bear to sell it, right after I rekindled my love for it this afternoon in the photo-shoot, but i'd be happy to let you play with it for a while if you wanted to help me out with some upgrade work on it. (Seriously too) I couldn't tell you the make of the slide as I bought it from a local guy without too much information from his end. If I had to guess, i'd mark it as an SD. The silver frame was my plan all along. The slide has some wear, but i'm going to leave it as is. Thanks for the kind words!
Sasquatch
Ouch @ front of the slide. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not really bothered much by it. Came from the previous owner mostly like that, with some orange paint left. I just said *fruitcage* it and scraped the rest off. She is going to be a skirmish piece anyway and only cost me $70. -Jake

evilliboba
Well my TM is FUBARed. I was replacing the rear sight and when I was reinstalling the internals the little guide rail and screw got loose. Now they are misaligned and will not stay on straight. I can't screw the screw in any farther to tighten it... Edit: Upon further inspection the guide rail is broken in two... $16 *fruitcage* part on UnCo... the screw is another $10 WTH... Edit2: On that note, I'm no longer allowing my self to touch the internals of a gun again. Ever. I cost myself too much money. Edited July 17, 2007 by evilliboba
charliecloud
Nvx3d - Nice piece, leave the slide as it is, you will mess the trades if you polish it. I have the same slide on a Para frame, it's a PGC slide on mine. Fill the trades with a silver marker pen to bring back the full glory!

hkssr20det
Other than not having instructions on how to zero the thing, not bad. A little tight fitting, but it is brand new. Need to zero it and see if it will hold a zero. Wasn't this buy your suggestion?
r.ocelot
Opps, should have warned you that the fine gents at Star Airsoft don't believe in instruction manuals. Come to think of it, I influenced you to spend quite a few bucks in the past few months haven't I?
hkssr20det
Um, yeah. But it has been worth it.
