ronburgundy__
You just bang it out with a small screwdriver. It has 'grooves' on one side, kinda, so see which side has the marks that keep it in, and hit the marks out first.
Sarge133
Tap a drill punch against it with a hammer?
Milla
hmm, mine doesnt have marks, i just dont know whch side to punch out.
ronburgundy__
From what I can see in the pic, you need to put the screwdriver on the side of the gun with the selector switch, and hit it out. If you can get a better pic of just the pin, I could give a clearer answer.
pillow_pwnage
You can hit it out either side you like.
Milla
You can hit it out either side you like. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Â Â Got it, was way harder than i thought it should of been lol
ronburgundy__
yes, but one side your supposed to
pillow_pwnage
That pin is symetrical on ICS M4s (at least the older versions, dont know about the 2006), as are the holes for it.
luwe
Try asking it nicely hehe. Â Just use a small screwdriver and a hammer. One side has a head that's bigger than the pin's body that acts as a lock so it should only come out one way.
Sarge133
I think that was asking nice. I mean he could have been ALOT more mean about it.
pillow_pwnage
Once again, I state - Â The ICS pin is symetrical. Neither side is larger, and is free to move out either side.
davedawg123
Milla's is a CA. Â Not sure if this is correct, but UNCo shows knocking the pin from the right to left.
pillow_pwnage
Apologies, I thought it was an ICS.
Milla
Unfortunatley my M4, is KIA, exposed battery wire (with no fuse) touched the RIS and i saw a spark, a smell of burning and nothing out of the gun, unresponsive. So now its a collectible paperweight lol. Atleast it looks nice
trfo2o
hmm well at least now this gives you the excuse of getting new wiring and maybe try rewiring it to the back? You know how you've wanted the battery in the stock. Sell you PEQ with battery to fund it too maybe. Â Anyway i'd go for systema wiring or maybe even guarder which I don't know anything about though btw.
Batou-san
Systema wiring is overpriced and mediocre. I'd go with guarder.

Like which way should this sticker be facing?  http://www.depot53.com/178/products/Motor%...P5_G3_M4_sm.jpg  the side with the selector switch, or the side with the ejection port? Tommygunn
It doesn't matter as long as you have the wires going to the correct terminals. However, since the red wire is the longest then the positive(red terminal) goes at the front of the pistol grip. Both black and red wires thread down the backstrap of the pistol grip.
