Revenge Seeker
No one's made a GBBR with a plastic receiver since the original WA. Epic fail unless the system is fairly reliable.
somegirls
Plastic body? Personally I think it won't hold up with the ACM. Did JG clone the WA system, too?
Revenge Seeker
Isn't the WA system the only system that can be cloned? With WE always boasting of their strong claims over their designs, I'm always curious why people need to ask whether a GBBR clone uses a WE or a WA system. No offense intended.
somegirls
Why can't the WE be cloned? I don't think chinese manufacturers, especially the ones doing clones only, care much about claims and law suits. I mean, the WE system is actually a copy of the "old" Escort system AFAIK. Anyways, I totally agree, this gun is about a year late. So unless the gun is less than $50 I don't think it will sell well.
Frontiers
Jing Gong is so epic fail, the main factory is down and do you see many markings on the carton that say Jing Gong... they just take stuff from other places and put a sticker on top...JIIHAA JG strikes again . so epic fail. gets interesting though, who is the RSOV ACM M4 GAS maker, as this is made to JG by 3rd party, WELL and DBOYS still coming haha damn so many GAS M4 out there. LordElpus
So JG isnt really making it? So at the moment theyre the Echo1 of ACM, would you agree? or they are just trying to get some money coming in whilst their factories are still closed.
Frontiers
So JG isnt really making it? So at the moment theyre the Echo1 of ACM, would you agree? is totally correct or they are just trying to get some money coming in whilst their factories are still closed. no, they have been doing that for a long time, G36,Augs,Sigs,AKs is not JG made they make only M4/M16/HK416 AEGs all others come from outside from other factories. Frontiers
Apparently the DBoys gas M4 will copy the WE system. Go figure. that kinda disputes the fact that i saw the clone gun in their factory when i visited them and the box read WA with cat size letters , where you picked up it would be WE? slu
These guns are getting to be as cheap as AEGs.. The problem is they don't work well out-of-box like a lot of clone AEGs manage to do. This most likely will not either, but if it does, JG will have just hit a home run. I don't see what's wrong with this if they can get it to perform well out of box. The price undercuts everyone, and I doubt anyone is willing to go lower. Hell people might even buy one for a spare parts kit. harborne blue: Developing GBB M14s or Tommy guns would require research and development, not cloning existing systems. The latter is JG's core competency, the former JG has very little or no experience in. Plastic bodied WAM4s are hardly a flooded market, in fact there are no players at all in the sub-$100 WAM4 market.
KWP
They have the gun here in Hong Kong already. I will test one tomorrow.

I will test one tomorrow. well the OP was linking the gun in PX-airsoft.com aint they HK boys , but please test reports if possible compare to AGM as they seem to be the top dog at the moment. P.S.I.
I don't see anything wrong with a plastic bodied GBBR. Especially if it's cheaper that the rest and works decently. It might be a good option for those that want one of the after-market GBBR receivers. It'd make more sense to buy a, less expensive, plastic bodied gun if you intend to replace the receiver anyway. Punkypink
I'd go with the KJW or AGM i think. why is the JG plastic? major disappointment. dear god, that sig...
speculator
AGM or ACM definitely seem to be the better deal atm because of the externals and I dont see the JG internals having that much of an improvement over the other ACMs (unless it came with a clone NPAS). However, I dont really mind the plastic body much since I got one on my western arms. The lightweight of the plastic almost makes me choose my WA over my Inokatsu for skirmishes *edit* Copper nozzlehead 0_0. If they'll sell the nozzle by itself, I'll buy 2...getting tired of my AS nozzles shattering and the heavier weight of the aluminum nozzles.
snorkelman
PX want 90 dollars EMS shipping on a plastic gun? gunners etc are charging 79 for same method on the AGM metal one which I dont see being lighter.. if the internals are better then it could be more useful to folks looking to buy a cheap donor GBB to dump into a MBK of their choice. Is just I cant really envision the internals being soooo much better that they'd actually be any more worthy of keeping than the stock AGM ones. Id order one to see what the mags and internals are like but I figure the mags and internals will be up on dealers shelves soon enough - cannibalized out of the full guns that no ones buying thanks to the plastic receiver edit - see gunner has them now for 80 with the same 79 shipping as their AGM (16 bucks less than PX in total)
