  1. Question - back when I played for orchestras, I noticed some English and French horn players had quarters for their buttons. Any reason why?
  2. Lol. I learned from buying the V1 SCAR GBBR to never buy a first version WE gun - you have to wait until the kinks are worked out. Though there always has to be that "guinea pig" to go out and tell the rest of the community how a product is really like/what's its flaws are. I owe you a drink Reppyboyo
  3. Unfortunately no M4 to test with.... BTW could someone get a mass reading of PTS PMAG's? Curious for the comparison of the weight.
  4. Airsoft-Buddy might have spares, or RATech is working on reinforced parts already.
  5. It's coming back, I just broke the motor cage and am in the process of finding a new one.
  6. Beta Project 75rnd PMAG Magazines by aznriptide859 PMAG's. Stands for Polymer MAGazine. Everyone loves them - they're light, cheap, feed reliably, and, in some eyes, the godsend of STANAG magazines ever (OK maybe aside from the EMAG). But for us airsofters, whose wallets are always empty, magazines are the bane of airsofting (especially for you GBBR folks, I feel sorry for you). PTS PMAG's, while adored by all, range from $20-25 apiece - in my opinion, pretty expensive for M4 magazines. STAR makes an economic "Green Label" magazine, but their quality is toy-like and rare
  7. The MAG-KU "Chibi" is (temporarily) done. Magpul gives you wiiiiiings! XD No silencer: Officially my backup/CQB weapon
  8. Am I the only one that has an immense allen wrench collection due to ordering so much airsoft stuff? XD

  9. Don't you just hate it when you start a custom build, start with a base gun and throw tons of money at it, and the only thing left stock at the end is the outer barrel and the gearbox shell? And then you slap yourself for not building the whole thing from scratch?

    1. TheFull9

      TheFull9

Buy a basic outer barrel/GB shell and get a whole extra gun?

  10. For a second I thought I was looking at sexy lingerie... ...in gun form. *drool*
  11. Owning now both TM and KSC Glock models, still hard to say which is better...:(

I owned a KSC but loved the TMs I used quite often...

TM's hop is AMAZING compared to the KSC, but the build/externals feel toy-ish. Maybe that'll change when my Guarder Enhanced Kit comes in.

TM. Hands down. Just need some Shooters Design on there... :)

  12. Highly doubt it, since it's powered by the Next Gen/Recoil Engine system.
  13. STD = sexually transmitted disease. He was playing with your shortening of "standard". Lol.
  14. Dumb AK question - how do you install your own rivets for the front and rear trunion?

    1. adadqgg

      adadqgg

Or find your local gun shop.

Could I just hammer them in, then glue em or something?

    3. adadqgg

      adadqgg

Glue will fail when the duty car runs over your AK. XD

  15. Little update to the MAG-K "Chibi" XD. I think I might redo the receiver...looks so sloppy lol.
  16. Yes, all MP5K's use a V3 gearbox with a custom motor mount.
  17. The ONLY parts you should pay for that is PTS are gun-specific (off the top of my head...an AEG MIAD is the ONLY one), past that you really should be getting RS Magpul for everything else - sometimes they're a LOT cheaper (found some guys selling CTR's for $50 once...too bad I didn't catch on until they were OOS).
  18. I was just reading USPS Insurance Terms and Conditions, and read this part: "THE INSURANCE DOES NOT INSURE: H. Any weapon of war employing atomic fission or radioactive force whether in time of peace or war;" LOLOLOL

"This is why we should have gotten a required signature. This is the 3rd nuke we've lost this year to the post service."

      Gunmane

Well, that would explain all the large boxes that appear at my door labeled "Radioactive".

I usually just put "return to sender" on them...

I need to be careful when shipping out those Soviet equipment.

  19. Finally jumped on the TM Glock bandwagon...time to compare this sucker to the KSC platform.

Pretty sure someone did a slide for them a long time ago, but it's rare as rocking horse turd... Which is a shame, because I'd love a TM G34 =[

    3. aznriptide859

      aznriptide859

Boom Arms made one, but it's the Gold Medal slide, which I hate. There is an AS Salient Arms slide, but it's a G17...and it's $150. T_T

  20. For those with King Arms AK's, is their internal/external design 100% Marui copy?

    1. aznriptide859

      aznriptide859

I can care less about the GB, I'm shoving in a TM one.

    2. adadqgg

      adadqgg

Why KA when you can get others, such as LCT? If you wanted externals...just get LCT kit for maximum amount of internal-less win.

    3. aznriptide859

      aznriptide859

I need a TM-type AK to finish my build, plus the TM-compatible LCT kits don't offer what I need.

  21. Sigh, UPS has never shipped something to me past 6PM, so why isn't my McMaster package here yet? :(
