I believe they both make the 10-8 slide now, I saw Detonator had it on UNCo for $240. But the scratching brings up a good point, since I draw it out of my Kydex often. I might settle for Nova for the time being.

What happens when you choose shipping methods from HK - Express: I need these parts now for a game next week, they must get to me ASAP!; Standard: Item arrives 2 months later, immediate thoughts are "wait where the hell did this come from?"

HK express = EMS. That goes through USPS Priority mail which should get to you under a week.

LOL, standard shipping is usually faster for me these days due to UPS and FedEx being idiots. Plus there is a good chance to avoid import duties with normal shipping

It's definitely not fiberglass/fused with any other material (it melts really easily under a dremel wheel), but it's not brittle by any means. Just wouldn't prefer to throw it around a field is all.
