Finished work! Really strange day today, birthday cake, laughs, presents, working and saying goodbye to a client I've spent over 1000 hours of my life working on.

The main problem with bulking, and I never though I would say this when I started but eating 3000cals a day in 'clean food' (meat, fish, potatoes, rice, eggs, veg etc) was difficult at first but after a couple of weeks becomes very easy and suddenly if there isn't a whole chicken or 300g of rice/pasta to eat every couple of hours you turn into a sulking/hungry monster.

The only thing is Zero In could very easily be changed to a much better place, but the shop owners at Z1 wont do it, don't want a slight dip in business (they haven't tested these theories yet though)

A WA GBBR Inner Barrel is seriously needed!!!

What's wrong with the stock one? I have a spare 300ml one or you could get a vanaras barrel from rsov which work great for the price

Your spare one would be perfect. I can swap it for a M16 length one if you want. The only reason I don't need mine anymore is that is too long for my new outer barrel. It's brand new.

Maybe I was thinking of the RS spring... not sure I've tried using a RS unit with an AS spring. I'll give that a go when I get a chance.

RS buffers work just fine. Its the RS spring that you want to avoid using. OEM WE buffer also work along w/most metal AS buffers out there. Honestly, you really don't need a RS buffer, it does not do anything. If you are just replacing the plastic buffer, I totally understand.

A heavier buffer will give you more recoil at the cost of gas efficiency.
Thats about it really.
I run a 85g buffer in my WE M4 and it provides a nice balance.

I know personally the first time I looked from above in to my lower receiver and saw all those springs it did scare me somewhat, but it's a much easier operation than first appearances would convey. There's very little spring pressure to worry about which is always nice.
