Greatbigwoof
Quick question, the M468 and weesatch were both made for the 5th special forces group right ( Or would a RAV produce more of the "look"/ Be more Realistic)? I am looking to recreate either a 5th SFG OR CAG operator. Edited May 6, 2007 by Greatbigwoof

Tommygunn
No she's not. She's just doing that womanly, subconscious hand to the chest type thing.
MagicalNinjaBuddy
What are some authentic boots SF would wear?
Greatbigwoof
I'm thinking that they would use whatever is more comfortable. Maybe my eyes are screwed up but I think I saw some Altamas in those pics. You may want to wait on tinkle though. Edited May 8, 2007 by Greatbigwoof

Tommygunn
Got mine on Ebay. Contact the company direct. Edited May 8, 2007 by Tommygunn
tinkle60
I got my bellevilles on ebay. Keep looking, they usually go for about $40-50 As to which ones SF would wear. You could get away with anything from boots which NSNs to hiking boots from the civilian market. Stick to a reputable brand and you can't go wrong.

Oh and Quick question, the M468 and weesatch were both made for the 5th special forces group right ( Or would a RAV produce more of the "look"/ Be more Realistic)? Also, what gear would the 7th SFG use? Simmilair to the 5th? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Edited May 12, 2007 by Greatbigwoof

tinkle60
Going for the modern delta operator look tell me what ya think cheers <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The armour is from the 90s, you need to get some paraclete gear and ballistic head protection. I think you should read the last few pages, also download this and watch it: http://www.sendspace.com/file/0maw56p

trfo2o
in the 2nd to last picture, that guy has a weird front sight and barrel length set up. I've seen a few SF ODA pics that use the same setup, but I dont know the specs on it. They're different looking than traditional CQBRs
tinkle60
Yeah, looks like he's just using a low profile gas block instead of the normal front sight triangle. It's also a free float RAS like in the picture below.
