masakarijoe
Well, very nice basis … I'm more of a pure guy. But Vickers kit looks awesome. Worth to consider. Kimber is fine, too, but I like the plain classic grips not those weirdo shaped once (I had one of these weirdo grips purchased by mistake, thought they were the straight classical ones). Straight, the Kimber looks like this: http://shaga.de/softair/kimberpachmayr2.jpg SEX! GIVE IT TO ME! -Joe
SamJacksonFan
Sweet, I only would suggest to think about more quality looking grips. They're ok, but wooden grips would suit your nice piece better I think.
cortes_
My 1911's. From top: Wilson Combat Magna with metal slide and few things, under work. Lower 2 full metal bells and TM Marsoc.

EmptyChambers
Question for all you guys with threaded outer barrels on your hicapa/1911. Is it long enough to stick a slightly longer barrel through? Say a Socom(133mm) over the stock 113mm? I know it'll be close as its an extra half inch or so. I'm not talking anything real nice, just one of these $30 outers. http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?...roducts_id=2874 Edited July 17, 2008 by EmptyChambers
CapaciousZepher
My WE 1911. Bit of a no fuss look about it, which is fine as it's a hard working sidearm. Cheers! - CapaciousZepher
