Fellowz
quick question. has anyone got any pics of a standard M14 all railed up, a vert grip fitted and various optics used and various attachments on it such as flashlights and lasers? i want a very tactical looking M14 without having to resort to a EBR kit, as much as i want one, or a SOC as i find them fugly (no offence) i like the standard M14 look. becasue im working on a blank canvas here, everyone uses their 14 as a marksman rifle by the looks of things, i want it to be used as a main rifle with all the gubbins. Bane
My custom M14.. started out life when i got given a KART M14.. the only original parts left is the trigger and safety lever. G&P front set, G&P receiver set, G&P mechbox.. Guarder Infinite motor, Guarder geartrain, Systema die-cast ali piston.. TM hop unit and KM 6.04 tightbore barrel.. i want to convert it to a precock setup for sniping. The stock on it was custom made for my oversized hands (my hand wouldnt fit on the original stock properly, it was too small) in that photo it was running 550 FPS, and accurate out to 60 metres. I've since downgraded it to 510 FPS to help prevent the mechbox from breaking (Snapped the front off my previous G&P mechbox)

The Crunchy Bunny
I absolutly love your M14 Flolito. Too bad a setup like that would be totally impractical at my field.
Fellowz
has anyone stuck a vert grip on a M14 if so how did they go about doing it?
Speed=
Where do you guys get the 10 rd M14 mags?
Mibo
They are custom made, i believe. Someone wrote how he did it, earlier on this thread.
db_pepsi
@BigBabyMoses I have made my 10 round mags out of a lowcap . Jou have to cut the mag off and cut some flaps out now you take the flaps and heat them till they glow. Now you have to bend them over the bottomplate of the mag and beat them down with a hammer . The inner of the mag has also to be cut . Cut the Spring and push it into the pipe in the inner of the mag . Close the End of the pipe in the mag with a screw . And so you will have your 10 round magazin. If you have problems with my english i am sorry couse my english is a litle bit rusty ^^ -snip- -snip- -snip-

Kenworth W900
Ah yes ofcourse, I just took a look for myself, its the one from the oldschool/VN G&G M14. Personally, I like the look of it, if I was in Austria I'd offer to take it off you
Flolito
It looks not bad but it feels very crappy its very cheap and thin plastic..... You will take my m14 away from me ? You must know that Walther and Achmed the dead terrorist are guarding my house so if you want to steal it you will have bad chances
Kenworth W900
Oh god I have ###### off an Austrian, look away guys, this could get ugly Nah, I meant I'd offer to take the brown heatshield off you, you overly-protective M14 lover . I think I would be protective to though, tis an awesome rifle indeed.

K-Wolf
My AGM M14, I apologise for the god aweful background but my bed was the only thing i could rest it on to take a photo, with cunningly placed instructions. Fellowz
i still need to find out whats the best way of installing a rail to mount a vert grip?
luvs2shoot
i still need to find out whats the best way of installing a rail to mount a vert grip? Perhaps this: http://redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/airsoft/...il?prodID=20600 I don't understand why a rail is necessary for the M14 tho (other than maybe a PEQ) Hope that helps -Shin
Fellowz
good idea but fugly in my opinion i just want to mount a rail on the underside of it to get a vert grip an RIS kit will be added to this aswell but in the mean time i may have to resort to drilling into the stock. masakarijoe
althis: thats the cheekrest i wanted a while back. you got it from evike? i dont trust them enough to order one, but i cant find anywhere else with them... -Joe
Althis
yeah from evike, the material is like a thinner nylon instead of heavy duty cordura, it should hold fine but i'm thinking of getting a rubber padding for the cheek rest part, otherwise it's a really nice product, i think it's their matrix brand thing so only they would have it, its only like 25 bucks so it's not a bad deal
