Tunershark
Ah, I so you just created your own screw holes and attached an RIS rail? Nice. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yep, wasnt really that hard, i just took a cheap rail off one of my LPEG's and trimed it and sanded it a little, and screwed that sucker on nice and tight

MDT
^ Nice! I didn't think it could be done! Where'd you get the threaded outer barrel from mate? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> psygen, I actually picked it up at redwolf. here's a direct link: http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/prod...sp?prodID=14378 the barrel is great, and is still working flawlessly. adds a very nice noticeable 'clank' when your cycling it. I've been using it with the plastic slides perfectly fine, even though they keep cracking because of my own choice for air. the only thing i dont like is the fact that the side of the barrel by the ejection port lacks the serial number corresponding with the others (27-003471) anyways i reccomend one, even though with a silencer (at least the SS-100) the shots lose trajectory and arc horridly. the barrel itself has a very fine sandblasted finish to it which perfectly matches with the supressor. p.s. , anyone got a wrecked KSC usp they are willing to sell the safety switch/slide catch lever/magazine release button? mine are all horribly worn down to the silver metal underneath. i want new ones Edited September 29, 2005 by MDT

azzazzin
It seems to me - not bad. Used: the first layer - a paint "Gun Metal" from Citadel (acrylic), the second layer - a varnish from Citadel.
Tunershark
hey azzazin thats a sweet mp5, im thinking about getting a PDW style stock for my mp5 as well
azzazzin
I tried all kinds of stocks on MP5, PDW-style for me - the most convenient. But to use the dual magazines with it is not so convenient...
Tunershark
cant you just have the extra mag stick out on the side where the stock doesnt fold onto?
azzazzin
But quickly change magazine(twin linked only), with folded stock, it is difficult. Though it is possible. Edited September 30, 2005 by azzazzin

mtdarkwolf
azzazzin have you tried clamp one mag right side up and on mag upsdedown?that migh allow you to fold the stock and still use he mag clamp
azzazzin
Good idea, mtdarkwolf! But I have only one doubled magazines and seven single... And one 240 Rounds Magazine(on last photo). In any case, PDW-style folding stock is the best for me.
