If so, how do you like it? Does it truly have unlimited eye relief, like various retailers claim? I have been thinking it might be a perfect addition to my soc16... thomasw Posted April 2, 2007 Report Share Posted April 2, 2007 I just like the way it feels lying prone with it, the grip pod is the perfect height. It keeps just a big of space below the mag. I never use it now though, it is my CQB rifle. I got an m16 for my primary rifle now. The paintjob is always a surefire way to wow somebody. Link to post Share on other sites

Delta14 Posted April 4, 2007 Report Share Posted April 4, 2007 (edited) I am getting ready to buy a new AEG, and I plan on buying a SL9 or SL8 variant. Now I'm stuck between the STAR SL9 and the Classic Army CA8-2. I haven't been able to find a good review of the STAR, although their are plenty about the CA8-2. I was wondering if anyone had a good review on the SL9 or if they knew where to find one. I know the CA one is good and all, but i was planning on getting a G36c style rail anyway and the SL9 comes stock with it. I have also heard that the SL9 is made out of the same or similar material as the real G36 series, also it has the correct trade marks. Any advice would be welcome.
