kenxin Posted December 14, 2013 Report Share Posted December 14, 2013 This release has gone terribly wrong, HOWEVER I do tend to cut gunsmodify some slack. They are a HELL of a company and stand by their products. For two months of delay we got: - Update to cerakote (worth what? 80$ at the very least?) - Free G18 BBU (worth 40$ at alpha airsoft) So we got about 120$ of extra stuff (less if you discount the price of durakote vs cerakote but W/E) as an apology because of their own mistakes . Not many companies do this kind of apology. And let's not forget that gunsmodify is pushing forward with all this, using RS finish on both slide and barrel (Titanium coating). Quite frankly, it's a mistery to me how the hell can this be profitable... - Slide (cerakote) - Steel barrel (TiN coating) - Supressor height tritium sights (60$ judging by their old tritium sights) - Gunsmodify BBU (with pistonhead) (40$) - Gunsmodify Nozzle (13$) - ACM RMR - Gunsmodify adjustable trigger (27$) - Gunsmodify lonewolf extended slide lock (7$) - Gunsmodify Zero hammer (24$) - Gunsmodify extended slide stop (11$) For about 390$, I'd call that a bargain. Curious, but does "Costa Ver." simply mean the FDE version? If so, then FML. Not sure, it does seem to be the only FDE version availiable, however it also means it has the Costa Ludus logo and all that stuff. Link to post Share on other sites
