DazJW
Nope. Looks very similar to how the Battlefield Vietnam M16 sniper looks aswell. Not sure exactly how that mounts though.
Zilla
*image deleted* Any suggestions on what mount for the AimPoint I should get? Looking at the Wilcox replica right now... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It looks like the one you have is sufficient...
BARsrule2
Oh it works for sure, but airsoft is 90% looks remember? I gotta have a little pizzazz. Oh and Batou-san, awesome looking guns. What other colors did you use besides Medium Brown? Edited February 11, 2007 by BARsrule2
Batou-san
Khaki as a base layer, some medium brown on that, and brown (if I remember correctly) to top it off. Krylon of course.

Souske
Upper one is mine, lower is my teammate's. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Beautiful Batou, seriously. That is a really nice pair of CQBRs. The worn look makes it look really authentic. Sorry, but I had to quote it just because I liked it so much. I need to like diffuse my fresnel lights or something because they are being really selective in terms of what they highlight. IDK I just posted this one because it looks "different" hehe. Thanks for the nice words guys Edited February 12, 2007 by SilentScope
Mt_05
Sadly because of the rubbish camera, the picture isn't focused well
SilentScope
Was the auto focus giving you *beep* because it was dark?
Mt_05
Was the auto focus giving you *beep* because it was dark? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well it does this thing where i have to hold the camera dead still, i can't move a muscle, or it has to be lying on a surface, otherwise it won't focus or it will be really blurry. Also, it takes the camera ages to take pictures when I'm not taking pictures with flash, but it takes pictures in a split second when I'm in natural light outside. Confuses me
mremerica
Looking good MT! A flip up BUIS would make it look even better, such as: http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper.php?i...SC03_cat_Sights

Kipper
Its all about expsoure And shutter speed, and aperture size and it suddenly all becomes a complicated world of jargon best left to those of us with SLRs But basically, the darker it is, the longer the shutter needs to stay open to gather as much light as possible. This of course means that when hand held it produces a shaky image. Outside of course its brighter, so it takes much less time to gather the light, so the shutter needs to stay open for a mcuh shorter length of time. SilentScope
You should get like a cheap tripod or something. They really make life easy when it comes to like still life-type pictures. The rest of the time they get in the way

Titleist
Not bad, NM, it's getting better at least. I always try to expose evenly, and then grade the image via photoshop. Right now your second pick is kind of muddled in terms of lighting, not dark, not light, just kinda even in tones, which is why it looks so flat.
