uscmCorps
Whitedingo: Never been a fan of SIRs on M4s... but your's is changing my opinion. Very nice. crustyflap: That is absolutely bad-*albatross* and unique. Loving it! Althis: No front sight? Then why bother having the rear BUIS up?
Althis
lines up with my red dot =) i might replace the rear sight and get some KA battle flip sights eventually but im not in a rush i just got a KA PRI sight but stupid me didnt check the length between the pin holes on the outer barrel i have to return it, the pin holes on the barrel are way too close Edited September 18, 2007 by Althis

evansy
Well I wanted something a little different. Here's something I've dubbed as the M4 Bushcat (because I'm naff at making up names ): http://www.stealthstudios.co.uk/catman/m4-bushcat1.jpg http://www.stealthstudios.co.uk/catman/m4-bushcat2.jpg edit: oh yeah don't ask me how the M203 sight is meant to work without the front sight, believe it or not this gun was mostly made up from spare bits and a 8-9 year old M4 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well its unique I'll give you that. It is good to know I'm not the only one with enough spares to make up a full gun tho. Which Bushmaster body is that and does it have anything on the other side?
Catman
Cheers, it's the Blackwater one. Nothing different on the other side. I can upload some more pics if anyone is interested

I'll be taking the front end off soon and putting it on a sun project M16/M4 Edited September 19, 2007 by Catman
suicidalsnowman
Cause i've been thinking of putting an m203 on my ICS m4 para, but couldn't think of anywhere to put the battery in a normal handguard, without just sticking to a ris launcher.
Magsz
Jeeebus... That SIR appears to be on steroids.
balberoth-the-destroyer
You referring to mine Magsz? I've put 'track' pattern rail covers on the top and bottom to bulk it up a bit, I noticed that it kinda looked like some sort of futuristic gun with the rail covers and minus my silencer, I was gonna put a GL on it, but I think it'd be too heavy for one thing, and it wouldn't look right. I'm most happy with the scope though, it really sets off the whole look of the gun.
Catman
Cause i've been thinking of putting an m203 on my ICS m4 para, but couldn't think of anywhere to put the battery in a normal handguard, without just sticking to a ris launcher. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You can get batteries that go in the upper M4 foregrip area, http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper.php?i....6V%20Batteries I've got that one from years ago but couldn't use it on this one as the heatshield is too narrow so I had to use a stick battery. This should work fine if you want Ni-Mh: http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper.php?i....6V%20Batteries The only issue is that you need to file/cut a little section out of the M203 in order for the battery to go in, as seen here:

Milla
Thanks man, i honestly had to get away, airsoft was killing my wallet from looking at all these goregous guns. At least i bought a new car with some money i saved....i'm not sure if i want to sell all my stuff and actually start building a real EBR or an AR15.... Souske
Hm... tough decisions. I'd say the M1A , but too bad the .308s are expensive these days. But if you go with an AR...you'll end up going down a slippery slope as I have learned....as most of us are tempted to get more ###### for it over time.
