master_titled
Massive magazine is massive. Really... 1000 RNDS?
snowman
No... Monica Bellucci is sexy, that gun looks like Jordan with all those ill-matched parts bolted on... Cheers.
darryl zero
http://www.classicarmy.com/showcatalogue.j...id=449&pg=1 i hate anpeqs! but the gun is sexy! That looks very similar to a custom FAL that Guns Workshop has in the window in Hong Kong. I wonder where Classic Army got the idea... In any case, it looks great and airsoft-news.eu gave the SA58 a very positive review, so this is certainly a tantalizing option.
Skippy
This has been in the CA hard copy catalouge for a while now, any idea of a release date?
pedro041484
but the mag that comes with the gun is the 500 round one... i think they got it from dsa... http://www.dsarms.com/products.asp?dept=
IronWolf
Gah, looks like the battery has to be mounted externally.
Magsz
The gun is indeed very nice. Its got a decent gearbox and is EXTREMELY easy to take down. My only grip is that CA still hasnt released any standard or midcap magazines for this gun. Here we are, what, six months after its release and instead of catering to the players that want standards they release a 1000 round hicap? Come on guys! I know for a fact more of these guns would sell if there were standards available. Ive had quite a few people inquire about them only to turn them down once i tell them there are no standard magazines available.
bitchtits
about time.ive been waiting on this since it was first anounced about 6months ago will be a hard to choose between this and a star slr, maby have to get both
amateurstuntman
I like it... I also reckon you could fit a decent size battery in one of those gigantic mags. And still have room for 300 rounds.
Inq Eisenhorn
hmmm.....I wonder
Wupjak
Sweet. I love my SA58, but perhaps one of these years they'll sort out their home version of the 'Trigger disconnects and you get to tear the whole bleeping gun apart' game that some CA version 3 guns come with. I. HATE. The trigger in this gun.
Bareknuckle
Extremely shortened version of an extremely long rifle that fires an extremely large bullet and with an extremely long magazine? Also rails and folding stock? Extreme! (Yeah, I know .308 isn't extremely large, but I was on a roll there.)
Stangace
Love the gun. Hate PEQ's.

It's good, but I would love to get this SA58 OSW... except the lack of Standard/midcaps is a 100% no-go for me. Until they release something other than hicaps I won't be bothered with this. ardrummer292
That gun is hawt. Wait until Agent Hunk gets a load of this... Too bad only hicaps are available. Maybe it's actually supposed to fulfill its role in real-steel (Offensive Suppressive Weapon).

ardrummer292
Yeah, that's true. No obscene 7.62x51/11'' recoil, either.
Agent Hunk
...I want...now
frogfish
I just want the stock when I buy one I will trade someone for their regular grip.... Or else I'm buying a 203 and shoving the battery in there. {rant}HATE PEQ BATTERY BOX>>>HATE>>>HATE{/ rant}

Of course, it ignores the BB shower usage... Althought one might be able to fit mini-MOSCART shells to the launcher and get decent BBage WITH battery space retained for actual use?
Agent Hunk
A RIS mounted M203 would look uglier then the PEQ box.
amateurstuntman
Or, just an idea here. You could buy a battery that fits inside the handguard. You can get pretty flat LiPos and a 7.4 volt one is fine for most applications.
frogfish
I'd have to see one on it to make that decision, I have a RIS mounted 203 sitting around here somewhere so when I get it I'll check it out, but of course I have to wait for it to release.
