EvilCookie
o0o0o0o0o0o nice find man, thanks. Screw the KSC 1911A1 this one looks much better in its "parkerized" finish.
Hick
Is that a stick type battery I see in the Type 89? I hope they change that.
Qhs
Doesn't TM ever get bored of putting up the same USP and Beretta molding display for the AEP?
freq88
3 round burst now that's peaking my curiosity. But what's up with the batteries in the foregrip with a solid stock?!!!
-Drake-
O.O is it me or does the 89 body slightly resemble the fn scar ?
richie_j
I could see a nice sniper rifle from the type 89. A nicer stock, intergrated silencer, and long scope.
SABRE100
not sure how well the 89 will go with my mgs3 loadout but I must own it along with the 1911. Dang, Marui keep up the good work. Although this means I have to wait for a metal kit to come out for the 1911.
Catman
AEG MAC10, Scorpion & TMP!!! ooooooooooooooh Cool stuff shame all the pics on page 2...3...4 and 5 are all broken links
Rob15
*fruitcage* me sideways with a G3-SG1, that T89 looks nice, and 3rnd burst just give it that added OooOo factor
systema
Loved the look of the 89 since I've first seen it. Three round burst definitely catches my attention. Can't wait for it! Too bad pages 2-5 are broken links
Sarge133
sadly the three round burst also has a slightly higher chance of breaking or somthing going wrong. and it looks like a normal mini battery in the foregrip. why they dont use a large in the stock is beyond me. edit: just noticed somthing with the selector switch, its on the right side only. so us right handers have to use our trigger finger. bummer. but it also has a right handers grip like on the G3
enzo100
Must not give in to the non Armalite
n00b3r
Is the TMP an AEG or AEP, I can't really tell. Edit: Oh man, I love that box the 1911 is packaged in. I sure hope that's how they're gonna ship it out.
Donut
Wait... does the 89 take AR mags? And why is the selector switch on the right side? (I'm not blaming TM for being realistic, but the people who designed it...)
Glenn
V8! Sweet. TM looks to really be stepping up their packaging. The 1911 looks great, it'll probably be a huge hit. Lots of metal in the 89.
Runner
Wow, so much for wanting an M15A4... Never was an Arma-#####, never will be! 3rd burst sounds great!
Sniper Sam
Meh KSC TMP ftw. Mac 11 AEP/AEG sounds good though .
freq88
I believe it does take AR mags and that the selector switch is ambi-dexterous. Look at one of the pictures you'll seel a knob on the leftside where some of the others did not show one on that side.
Runner
And why is the selector switch on the right side? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't know, but it actually sounds a bit fun... Or maybe I'm a bit weird... Anyway, they're both 5.56 mm, so it looks like it does take AR mags.
The Icon
Eh, Japanese are left handers . Im really looking forward to this after the sig series were discontinued. The reason why the sig's burst system was unreliable is because people were useing higher volt batt. They even said to use 8.4v batts.
Hustie
That 1911 looks like it ready to be released, the box is ready and everythings.....damm it, screw the KWA USP! Anyone have an idea of when it's going to be released?
HKG36
Price is about $422.00 USD.
Hustie
Wait a moment, is that a METAL reciever?? Sweet Jesus, my bank account is going to emptied this summer! *Walks away murming about how awsome TM is* Edit-False alarm, from the close up it looks plastic oh well.
Agent47
hmm...doesn't TM already have an M92FS out already? looks like TM's trying to pump up the home crowd - pretty sure some patriotic Japanese folks will like looking similar to their own JGSDF with their Type 89 AEGs...and thus bring in sales money...
