Sasquatch
And just for kicks, here it is midway through painting: (I was tempted to keep it that way, despite the fact I live nowhere near a desert. ) http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b227/Bik...494-resized.jpg <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Santa would totally use that... -Jake
CapaciousZepher
Ah yes, Santa on a rampage. The elves of course all have MP7s and MP5Ks. But to get back to the paintjob, I'm really not digging it mate. Especially on an AK, but if you like it then that settles it. Cheers! - CapaciousZepher

trfo2o
you double posted lol. I think it's for that leafy camo stuff that looks like foliage. You tuck it underneath the paracord giving your rifle a good camoflage system. At least I think so.
Maveric
its elastic shock cord and trfo2o is correct. it holds foilage or burlap in place.
daddio
Here is my gun I just finished the paint job 2 days ago. I really like how it turned out. Enjoy. That has to be one of the nicest paint jobs I've seen! My PSG has a ghillie wrap which is nothing compared to your work of art. Can I ask how you did it (brush - air). It looks like it was air brushed. The detail looks intricate (especially the leaf pattern). How many hours to paint dare I ask?.
Souske
!!! The PEQ looks LEGIT! Amazing! Sweet stuff. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thanks, I also added a working LAM inside it too. Front end, the laser is a bit bright. The dot isn't that wide in reality, I think it's probably the lighting factors in the picture. The pressure switch
Souske
Another quick update: I added a little more spotches of green, and added the carry handle. Sorry if this is getting old

m.thumwood
few more pics of my m24.
Souske
Nice work on the M24, the pattern simple, but very elegant. Alright, another short series of quick pictures, this time with my fabricated "Gemtech" style long suppressor (actually works). With this thing on, the total length of this SOPMOD is close to that of a M16, which may be cumbersome for CQB areas. I primarly use this long precision suppressor on longer distance engagements. CapaciousZepher
Um, no offense mate but it's so blurry that I can't really tell what it is. Or is it just something to test your pattern on? Either way in-focus pics would be nice. Cheers! - CapaciousZepher

Sir Toby
Out of curiosity, any better pictures and an explanation of the stock? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The law in DK demands fullfacemask and because of that, we have made this stock, so we better can take aim.
