harborne blue
Why is requiring it to have the exact fps you want still a thing? More fps, put in a tight barrel, higher durometer valve o-ring or stiffer floating valve spring. Less fps, use regular or wide bore, restrict air flow with a restrictor disc, use softer floating valve spring or make its distance to close shorter by adding spacers. You might as well be speaking in Martian as far as 99% of airsofters are concerned. Mods like that can be done by the experienced tech but most just want accurate, reliable and site legal guns. What's the point of buying a DE that needs be taken to bits before you can skirmish it? On the positive side, last lot of WE M4 GBBs I saw had an EU-specific red nozzle which I was told drops FPS to <350.
Skarclaw
^yeah my thoughts exactly. I don't think I've ever read the word "durometer" before in my life haha. co2 and various nozzles seems great, and I'd be happy with just getting a mags worth of shots from 1 cartridge as well even if it is £££. hitmanNo2
We need a DE that can utilize a small amount of CO2 for the BB propulsion and then direct a load for recoil. If was decent, I wouldn't care if I got 8 rounds out of one bulb.
Habakure
Sounds like a dare:_ 8 rounds. . . 1 bulb . . . SCIENCE!!!!
swatti
Oh dear... Choices choices. Sell mah old Guarder kitted or buy this one for the lylz and dual wield?

hitmanNo2
If so, WHY HASN'T ANYONE DONE THIS?
renegadecow
You can if the piston volume were say the size of a pint. But to expect all that gas distributed to all of eight shots in a realistic sized piston, you'll just get a little bit stronger than normal recoil and a whole lot of spillage afterwards. Mike 8-{>
^yeah my thoughts exactly. I don't think I've ever read the word "durometer" before in my life haha. Well you might say that but I bet you are aware of it you just don't realise. Shore Durometer is a measure of hardness of rubbers. The "A" scale is what is used for the kind of silicone rubbers used in Airsoft. It is measured in degrees and is the number you see on hop rubbers. 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85 or more degrees. Smaller the number softer the rubber... bigger the number .. harder.
Dimitri MdP
Trying to make it shoot with THAT much recoil as some are saying will require a lot of gas volume, which translates into a lot of cooldown.Don't worry guys, it's WE. If there's one thing they always do well is strong recoil. Enjoy this thing as is, I'm god damn sure it will be awesome, as the newest WE pistols are unbelievable good, and having such a massive slide it will kick like a mule. Horsem4n
it looks like pretty normal metal airsoft DE recoil with green gas, but if they make c02 mags it would be a major contestant vs. the KWC co2 1911. this is going to get me back into collecting hand cannons, i know it. paranoiddroid
I don't care about the DE anymore after shooting a Widley in 475 why doesn't anyone make that or an automag

tquilha
Desert Eagle is good, Automag and Wildey would be Awesome! Come on WE, think outside the box a bit...
renegadecow
Marushin's making another production run of 8mm Automags. If you want one of those better pick one up as soon as they pop up in stores.

Thanks
renegadecow
Japan being Japan, they shoot well under 1J with 134a.

BigAl
As for the Wildey, well its only been used in a few Movies, Death Wish III being the most prominent, so its unlikely they’l ever make it. The 8mm Marushins are lovely collectors pieces but no good for skirmish use. Ultimate Hand Cannon would be the one that started it all, the Mars.
Gunnman
The only airsoft Wildey that was made by Chiyoda back in the 80's. Damn thing cost a fortune to procure. I'm all up for a Mars, but that's even more unlikely.
Dentonboy
I am sure Battle Orders used to sell a LAR Grizzly Win Mag - no idea if it was gas or spring and this would be going back to about 1992...but that would be a nice take on the 1911 genre...
