tom lawson
Ahh sweet, great pic Misfit.. Its making me sooo tempted to do an SAS loadout, i just need more money Its interesting to see the wide range of camouflage they're wearing, although the guy in the ACU looks fairly out of place. By the way, Guardsman, what is that white loop behind your rifle in the pic a few posts up? Cheers, Tom

Angry
Pics like that one of Misfit's are the reason I always find it so funny when people start argueing about UKSF loadouts.

Grim
Misfit this is the DPM thread, those pictures with SF not in DPM could you please remove, as we can all visit the UKSF thread if a link was posted with the remaining pictures of the SAS who have DPM on there person. Not having a go or anything just trying to keep the thread relative to its topic. Grim Edited May 15, 2008 by Grim

KingJ
Jaw = floor. rather odd paintjob on the 249, or is that just a camera flash? looks really green to me. Strange to see the dcu and acu, maybe trying to blend with americans? (Dont know the date these were taken) k, going to try and put a loadout like this together soon. Sourcing kit, is one of them wearing a TAD stealth jacket? Think it is but cant quite tell here, near the bottom. Now if only there was a way to get my hands on some pvs 21's

rocknrollstar
Awesome kit Grim! Just a quick question, how have you attached your camelbak to your vest? I've got an issue vest (same as yours but standard DPM) on its way from ebay and I'm a bit stumped as to how to I'm gonna wear my camelbak with it. Maybe all will become clear when the vest the arrives but the pics i've seen of the rear of the vest haven't led me to find any obvious attachment points. Cheers.
Grim
The desert vest has attachment buckles that attch to the other half of the buckles on the issue camel backs. i know the webtex vests had the attachment points for the issue camel backs but i used to wear my old camelbak like aback pack over my old DPM vest. rocknrollstar
Cheers Grim, I'll just have to wait and see what the vest is like when it arrives I guess. I'm sure I'll work something out
Kingmob3
If all else fails, thread zip ties through the mesh around the webbing re enforcements or they will rip through. KM
