Hedganian
'Moist' is a positively disgusting word.
scorch
I love the word moist. I find the word "discharge" to be a bit questionable.

shmook
My little boy is having an operation tomorrow. General anaesthetic and spinal block. He's 3 years old and it's not fair. It should have been done 2 years ago but he 'got lost in the system', so now he will be fully aware of being *fruitcage*ed up for a while afterwards. I'm really not happy as he didn't do well during his birth, my wife nearly died during said birth due to negligence and I'm it really. Trying to stay strong as my wife is worried sick too, but it's horrible. He's a tiny innocent human and shouldn't have to suffer anything.
Hedganian
Not much to say to that. Good luck for the op, buddy. Have you had legal counsel regarding the problems? Don't let them get away with it - if not for yourselves but to prevent other people having to go through the same.

I hope it all goes well for the little guy and he has a speedy recovery Bloody pharmacy to go were supposed to send me my repeat prescription by yesterday and I've received nothing. shmook
Thanks guys. Hedge, that's been ongoing for about 3 years now. I want someone's head for what happened.

badwitchproject
Shmook, I wish your wee lad all the best and a quick recovery. It may not be much of a consolation but children are incredibly resilient and bounce back quickly. I saw that with my nephew at that age as he had heart issues. Take care. Habakure
Take care, shmook, both you and yours. Odd thing to say but, hopefully this is something to tell him when he's older, to remind him how much you worry for him. Edit:- but yes, definitely not something you would want or need, to have to tell him.
amateurstuntman
Shmook, there is almost no chance a 3yr old will remember anything about it in adulthood. Hope it all goes well.
Tw1tch
You're all in my thoughts shmook. I burnt my nipple whilst carrying out an incredibly hot bowl of chips (was carrying on my arm and close to my body due to a lack of trays). On the plus side got some sympathy from a lovely lass but bloody hell it hurts.

hitmanNo2
If it was able to burn, there must have been significant contact. With oily chips. Do you now look like you're lactating?
Cannonfodder80
Day two and still no meds. Someone is going to get killed if this doesn't get sorted soon
Hedganian
Had to bring the wife to day clinic at the hospital. No fewer than *ten* blue badge spaces are taken up with building materials, skips, rubble, a generator and builders' trucks. I tried to complain, but the hospital don't seem interested... Tinkerton
Go to the papers. Squeaky wheel gets the grease and all that. Kick up enough of a stink and maybe it'll get sorted.
Hedganian
They'll just say there's no where else to put it, essential building work to renovate hospital facilities, blah, blah, blah... But yeah, I might see if the local paper is interested.
