Ragnar27
Omg need that CASV with that stock in dark earth. (must finish the troy cqb first!)
Victory
Soo many options as it is...and yet, only 75% done. I want a Bushmaster receiver, a different suppressor, and a bunch of rail-mounted goodies. Well, not a bunch...just a new mount for my G2, and maybe a laser or something. -Vic
Dusk
So today I figured I go take some pictures of my freshly assembled beast. Just for ####### and giggles I decided I'd make an upgraded(On the verge of breaking field fps limits) armalite with unique externals. Under the hood is: G&P 7mm bearing mechbox(With 7mm bearing bushings ofcourse..) Prometheus double torque gears Systema m120 taper spring G&P metal bearing spring guide G&P piston and piston head Systema air seal nozzle G&P cylinder and head 407mm 6.04 tightbore, mated with a guarder hopup and hopup bucking Chronos at *** fps with .25s. Externally: Guarder Bushmaster® xm15e2s metal body King arms free float heavy barrel set G&P fiber 6 point LE stock G&P fiber pistol grip This gun was originally a colt m16a2 carbine made by WGC shop. NOTE:Yes i know wires are sticking out the side of the gun, they will be covered with a ready mag so don't be a ###### and say "OMGZORS WIRES OUT THE G?UN?!?!?!?!?". K thanks. Dusk
Its a KA free float sniper set. I wanted the smooth unfluted version but WGC decided to send me the more expensive fluted "Heavy" set for free.. Lol You can get them almost anywhere.
Spo0k
that is one HOT weapon. just for poops and giggles eh?
MagpulMercenary
Damn that fluted barrel is nice. That thing will look great with some optics. Nice choice of build there Dusk.
Dusk
Thank you Yeah its getting either an Aimpoint on a comp mount, a EO tech 552, or a ACOG(with fiber optics) it was a pain in the butt to assemble with 3 hours of sleep under my belt, so all this praise is making it totally worth the effort. ruvon
Very nice piece Dusk....props to a fellow league member....... I'm starting to get the m-4 itch again....dang it.....

1cem4n
I'm thinking about making a lightweight armalite for when I don't feel like running around with the m14 socom. I was thinking about the M733 and I decided on making a M468. I was thinking about using the following parts: -Guarder M468 Metal Body -Systema Drop in Gearbox -Magpul CTR stock OR VLTOR Clubfoot Stock -VFC M468 Kit -Madbull Inner Barrel -Magpul MIAD For the RAS, i was thinking about using the King Arms MRF Replica in 10 inches, CASV, or SIR. What do you guys think? and does anybody have more photos of it?
t_wad
I would go with an SIR, that's what my friend's RS m468 came with.
ghost_x3
Yeah I'm interested in making an M468 too after I watched some video's of it on Youtube. The thing I hate is that a SIR would cost a ###### load =(. Also, go with the LE stock if your making the M468. EDIT: On second thought considering on how expensive the Samurai S.I.R is, would it be a good idea to just sell your current AEG (G&G M4 =D), and buy the A&K S-system with the Guarder M468 MBK? thomasw
Keeping it classic
Souske
Alright, with some slight modification, I rigged my M203 on the M4 after performing the m4 barrel chop.
thomasw
What brand m203 is that? Thats the kinda thing I'm looking for my m4 when I get it, but the long type. I have not seen very many with the barrel mount like that.
Souske
It's a cheap BOYI M203 for looks. The barrel mount was made by me....as they don't make mounts for CQBR length barrels.
TheLair
I remember seeing a vid somewhere that there were 203s mounted on a CQBR length barrel. Probably in the SEALs thread, but Ive been wondering about that ever since. How would it be done?
trfo2o
souske, im begging you to get a new aimpoint mount, otherwise it would look a lot like a SEAL CQBR in ramadi
Victory
Everyone wants a M468 now. Hmm...I might have to reconsider.... Naww, my '468 will still be pretty sweet. I just gotta' stay focused a bit more... -Vic
ghost_x3
Your making a M468 as well Victory? I'm thinking of just buying the SIR off Gunner for about $40, pretty cheap. So: DBoys/Boyi S.I.R. + Guarder Barrett M468 MBK + front & rear flip up sight and I'm about good to go.
The Crunchy Bunny
Question: How do you mount a non RIS nade launcher to a M4 with an RIS? Edited June 11, 2007 by The Crunchy Bunny
Sarge133
Same way as a regular M4, just take off the lower portion of the RIS and mount to the barrel.
