Do you guys use it with your aimpoint, or is it for when your scope does fail and for looks? I had a ACTION flip-up BUIS, and used it purely for looks as I couldn't use it flipped up with my aimpont. I just couldn't see a thing with so many things in the way. Which brings me to my second question: How do people with solid BUIS's use it if they have a scope on their gun?? Also will it fit a CA M15A4 rifle? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Its a Knights Armament replica free float midlength RAS. It was originally 10 1/4 inches, but I chopped it to 9 inches to get the look I wanted. Its exactly what I have planned for my CASV except in OD (thats dark earth isnt it?), I just need to buy an OD MIAD and wait for my OD CTR stock to turn up. The CASV looks good with one and if you give the grip a coat of OD to match the CASV it'd look good. You could probably custom make a front mount that goes around the flash hider to keep in on properly. Have you thort about adding one of the curved trigger guards to your gun and painting it to match the MIAD?
