Fragger56
That metal body was a *badgeress* to install for something that was supposed to be 'plug'n'play' had to dremel several spots out, and hammer certain parts together, i can take it apart but i doubt tat i will unless i absolutely need to. HaVoC
I've got a video of my now-working metallizes USP coming up, so you can see what your slide's up to now  'TIS HERE!  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  I had a goddamn near-disaster with this, too. I came to glue the front sight into position, as it was loose. I tested getting the sight into it's slot, which I could do in 3-odd seconds. Superglue dries in about 10 seconds.  I get the sight ready, apply the superglue, and instantly start to put the sight into place...   ...only it gets stuck half-way in, because the superglue has already set. Bugger.  Cue hours of utter panic. I immersed it in scalding hot water for about half an hour, as you would your fingers if you stuck them together (well, not scalding hot, obviously ). Nothing. I tried nail varnish remover, which contains Acetone - the one thing said to remove superglue. No dice. I tried to slip a craft knife under the sight to cut the glue, and snapped the f***ing blade.  I nearly gave up, when I thought "Ah hell, I'll hit it!". I hit it repeatedly with a hammer, and it came loose...  The moral of the story: Put the sight into position, then add a dab of superglue on each side! futbolpunk
Â For the kiddies, that is an example of what NOT to do.
The Waco Kid
Nothing special in this pic, just the standard TM MK23 set + mag, neat though. Â Â Edited June 18, 2005 by The Waco Kid
FartSnatcher
I love the way those pictures are ordered. Nice load out man. <{POST_SNAPBACK}>  Yeah I like that G3 SAS Look to. I really want one with a full stock, SOCOM silencer, and a reflex sight.
FartSnatcher
I finished up a smaller mock silencer recently. Here it is on a couple guns:    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>  Wow those G36's and M4's look great Ledpocket. I like the front of the M4 a lot with the short silencer and short RIS/RAS rail.
Butter18c
Iono why people hate the G3 SAS's, I think they look good as long as they are decked out with a scope, silencer and foregrip
FarEast
Butter18c it's because they are a fictious weapon, although i am thinking of putting an MC-51 forgrip and cocking tube onto mine and thanks for the compliment guys! Soloman
Damn you havoc, that is soo nice! Â How much did it all cost in the end?
donnie
Thanks Tripod - I hadnt realised that - all sorted now. Â Ok...got some pis of my Redwolf Custom Renegade M4. Â Its full Metal - came with an ICS (I think) SIR...but it broke - the lugs snapped right off of the upper handguard of the SIR meaning the lower fiberglass part would stay on...so I got myselft a nice real steel SIR system. NO CHANCE of this breaking as the lugs are about an inch wide as opposed to the airsoft one whcich had 7 mm metal lugs. Â I added a Hurrricane hand guard to top it off. Tripod
Paint the main body of the gun to match the SIR (In the gray color) and it will look fantastic. Well it already does, but even moreso after a good quality paintjob!
donnie
its just the 1st photo that makes the sir look real different from the body colour - in reality they are quite close in shade..and id be too scared to paint it Edited June 18, 2005 by donnie
