Unit 318
Neo be a man and get an ambi mag catch!!!! Why would he need that?
Shriven
Lefty shooter, but, as a lefty shooter myself, you simple don't need it. Right hand comes back grips mag and mag well and presses mag release... you can then either move straight to your dump pouch with the mag, or grab a fresh one, dumping the other one on the floor. Unit 318
Lefty shooter, but, as a lefty shooter myself, you simple don't need it. Â I'm a lefty shooter too, and I think it's more comfortable to do it lefty. That's why I was asking
Fatal
Â Looks like a backpack to me.
frogfish
I don't think that was the rig he meant but just in case it's a TAD FAST pack, with what looks to be some TAD pouches, and a bear paw IFF button/patch/nifty badass thing that was out of stock last time I ordered. Â Don't know what that patch is.
NeoVeNoM
The dump pouch is on the thigh rig. The thigh rig is a Pantac one, in real Crye Multicam of course. The Mechanix gloves, I bought those at WGC. the AEG is a Custom built one by myself and is not a VFC MOE. Â @fiddlesticks4220: be a man? You're the wuss using an ambi as an excuse for your shortcomings. NO really you don't need that on a M4. Â And yes it's comfy to play with everything on. Otherwise I would not be using it. And it only looks unused because, it was a dry and warm day. I didn't find any water on the terrain. And it also was the first time I used it.
Shardik
Its true what they say though, multicam does work so much better when its dirty. Â Nice kit there Neo!
Chimpy
Its true what they say though, multicam does work so much better when its dirty. Â All camo does.
Duckling
Nice, but why wear a thigh panel with nothing on it? The Crye/Blackwater thigh panel is made to hold balistic plates. Main reason I have one... Â NeoVenom: Your chassis looks... flimsy. Maker ?!? Edited May 18, 2009 by Duckling
medic23
can anyone with Crye combat pants get me some pics of the Knee Pad area with measurements, and the upper back area of the pants; im working on a custom project and need to know the dimensions, thanks in advance
Shriven
I'd not mind knowing that too, trying to get crye style kneepads into all my BDU sets
medic23
shhh
-Angel-
If you're just looking to modify BDU's with pads, you're better off looking at OPS's 'battle pants' for inspiration. Â The cut and construction of Crye's Combats & OPS's 'DA' pants is vastly different to regular trousers.
Shriven
I only want the pad pocket dimensions, I don't want to completely change them into Crye or OPS trousers, just have the pads on.
medic23
^^ same, going to have Emdom do them up with some other mods
NeoVeNoM
NeoVenom: Your chassis looks... flimsy. Maker ?!? Â Its a "Flyye". The only affordable chassis with high quality as far as I know. And it's not flimsy the pics have been lightened a bit, that's all. It's made of genuine 1000D Crye Multicam. Â Chevieblazer has one as well.
-Angel-
^^ same, going to have Emdom do them up with some other mods  And you realise by doing so, they would be breaching Crye's patent on the pads and pockets? Not so much of a problem for a china company like OPS, but domestic? Hope they've got good lawyers.
medic23
well S*IT there goes my plans.... friggin crye babies
Shardik
All camo does.  All other camo doesnt glow in sun without dirt though  Im not complaining though, i love MC and use it myself, but not in full, i believe mixing it up with other colours works better, that also applies with most camo. rws591
Where did you get the Magpul logo for your Peltors?
Reincarnation...
Where did you get the Magpul logo for your Peltors? Looks like Sordin in the second set. Probably a stencil or a vinyl cut sticker. Nice *albatross* pictures btw. Edited May 18, 2009 by Reincarnation...
