uscmCorps
Buying genuine products also helps prevent fading! Gen 1 stuff made from the cotton twill had a tendancy to fade. The newer ripstop materials are pretty fade resistant though.
zerograffit
I am really liking the multicam paintjob on the FN2000. Heres my latest: Â Â thx, heres a repost from the FN weapons... Â Â

Lizzard
thx, heres a repost from the FN weapons... Â Â What is that material that you have on the helmet and rifle? Or, at least it appears to be some kind of mesh?
rainbow5ive
Vans Syndicate TNT II Multicam. Since snapping these photos, i've swapped out the laces for Coyote Brown 550 cord. Â Â Â
bbondaloose
rainbow5ive, I demand you give me those Vans. Â If I had the money, I'd really drop $200 bucks for a pair... Â Edited May 7, 2010 by bbondaloose

AnakChan
I'm more excited about the upcoming ABS helmets OPS-Core is developing. A lot cheaper than my Carbon Fiber OPS-Core Bump helmet. Â Any info on the ABS helmets? I've been wanting to buy the Bump and it's a long waiting list! But if the ABS is coming up soon and it's lighter than the CF version, I'm happy to wait. Â Then do so http://caliroots.com/cali/product.asp?id=22160 Â 135 Euro!?!? Boy I'm glad I got mine in HK...just under 30% cheaper. rainbow5ive
I bought mine the day they came out, paid retail (under $100). They're probably sold out, now except for resellers who are charging $200 for em.
AnakChan
Thought I didn't wanna feel left out so I joined the Multicam Vans crew (along with a Biohazard Multicam Wallet & Volk Tactical keyring) :- Â
uscmCorps
My Vans kinda hurt my feet. I've worn them 3 times and they cramp my left foot's toe box on the outside edge. Dang it.
rainbow5ive
Arent they super comfy? I love em. I wouldn't skate them, but they sure feel good on my feet.
uscmCorps
I've owned Vans before (well almost two decades ago when I was in high school). I remember them being very comfy. I think the problem with these are the multicam material itself which isn't stretchy and thus force your foot to conform to the shoe rather than the other way around. I also have very wide feet. Reincarnation...
I think you should sell them Corps, preferably to me  On with my search for a pair, preferably not for $200.
ssddismymotto
I'd realllllyyy love to see a pair of multicam chucks. I'd probably cream myself.

Blindside
One of my current loadouts. Based on an EI Land CIRAS and Crye Gen 1 top + Gen 2 pants. I'll be adding two or three more over the next little bit. Â Â Â Â Â Â
SteevoLS
Just out of curiosity... all that Crye, and a MARPAT helmet cover?
Blindside
It's a FSBEII helmet cover and my loadouts are mostly based on Marine Force Recon. I however quite like Multicam and tend to wear that more than MARPAT. It's kinda silly to have a tan/desert helmet here in Michigan, so the MARPAT works out nicely. Plus, I like the contrast it provides.
