hkssr20det
Managed to source a Prime slide for my WA M92FS. Since it is black, I now need to rethink my color scheme. I think I need some real steel panels.
Romulus
Nice to see that it is possible to run green in a WA Beretta. Is it possible that you might be able to post up a few numbers on pure green? I bet that it will be pretty impressive. I don't suppose that it would be wise to run red through this though. Faint
Coming Soon Desert Fury!! Rated PG-13 for intense sequences of bad@$$ness! Coming Febuary 22nd - 2008! And yes this will be my Fourth Dolphin Build! Just because they are so awesome! Edited February 12, 2008 by Faint
mattmanic
OMGZ! 10 days! What will I do for that time!?! It does look quite awesome. On another note, I'm planning on sanding down the slide on my HFC Cougar so it'll have a silver slide and barrel. There will be bits of the slide I can't sand so it'll be slightly two tone but still good and I can always repaint it if its rubish. Pics when I can be bothered to find my sand paper. hkssr20det
Here is the new look for the Prime Beretta. Looks better, but I need at least a black magazine. Did the silver frame look better?
Romulus
I think that the silver frame would have looked pretty good if you had black grips. This combination is good as well but I'm still not sure that the wood grips work with it. I think that black grips, to match the guns black frame, with the silver accents would be really nice. mattmanic
I think the silver mag adds to the gun. And I agree with Romulus about the grips.
hkssr20det
I will be swapping to a black mag, and black grips. I just don't know which frame. Ah well, too much money into this gun again.
Romulus
I think that keeping the black frame would be the more subtle choice. It would also make it look more like you bought a full metal kit rather than just a slide. Edited February 12, 2008 by Romulus
hkssr20det
Yeah, black grips and black magazine are on the way.
Romulus
I actually didn't think that the silver mag looked bad. Still, a black mag certainly can't hurt. Maybe you should use this in the next postal just for fun. What sort of grips did you order?
hkssr20det
Just stock Beretta grips. Had to go through Beretta USA to get them, but they where still less than $30 shipped. I wish Brownells had them in stock. I almost went for the wrap arounds, almost. Maybe I should have gone for the Pachmyers, but didn't want to track them down.

hkssr20det
How about a set of gunners? I didn't know they made them for the M9. I might go Ajax Pearl, it would actually look good on this gun. Maybe Black pearl.
Romulus
eBay is your friend Cheers. Very very true. I got my last set of RS Factory Beretta grips off there for $9 shipped.
mattmanic
I know it's a little late/early but I think I've pretty much finished polishing the slide on my Cougar. Or atleast, I've done enough polishing for today/yesterday anyway. It is more brushed that properly polished because I couldn't be bothered to go and find some proper sandpaper so I was using 120 grit I believe and it took me about 1 - 1 and a 1/2 hours although I could have done it quicker/better if I knew how to take the left side fire selector off... wwjkc
hkssr20det, your beretta look like mine, but longer how's that slide working out for you? I got pair of Texas ranger's grips also, want it?
hkssr20det
No, I'm good for now with the replacement stock grips. I have a black mag arriving tomorrow, and I will get Gunners for it eventually, or R.Ocelot will buy it from me and add them....
Faint
The Gunners are not quite out yet for the beretta's I will be throwing a pair on the new Dolphin
