Hi guys, just got my V10 back from Mobius Strip, fully working and fantastically accurate but I have a slight quandry for you guys..

What would cause a gun to work fully on 134a without any issues, but when using propane, fire every single shot but one, usually the first shot.

for some reason on one shot, every single magazine, the hammer drops and does nothing. The rest of the shots fire perfectly and with a massive kick..

hammer spring perhaps? or something else entirely..?

ta.

the only spare I have atm is a KA enhanced full size spring.. :(

edit - well I just noticed that, since Mobius replaced the blowback housing with that of a full size 1911 (ie comes with the faux firing pin on the back which fits through the hole in the rear of the slide) the pin actually didnt sit flush, it stuck out about 1mil, I have since filed it down so it only sticks out a tiny bit.. after firing a full magazine on green it didnt misfire once.. hopefully that's fixed it..

Well, reminds me of the same issue with a wilson tactical supergrade compact.

The rear of the breach was covered with a metal plate with prevent the hammer from fully stricking the firing pin (SCW1).

Issue was the same with metal slide, has to cut in the rear of the slide.

And that slide was a ...... Shooters Design. :P
