It was completely dark, and you couldn't see anything except this one strip of our side driveway which was illuminated by a light on the house. Anyway, my friend and I were laying behind a row of shrubs in ambush. We knew they were coming our way, but they knew we were in the general area so they were being as careful as humanly possible, not to give away their exact position as we had them outgunned a bit. (AEG's for us and shotguns for them) Anyway, we had been sitting there for about 15 minutes trying to get a good view of them, when all of a suddon, something white and about a foot across comes from their direction. I immediately thought...ok...wtf is that? It landed about a foot in front of me when I realised that it was a beachball that had rolled down from the pool...Apparently they were trying to get us to open fire on it or give away our position somehow. It almost worked too...I couldn't help but laugh. Link to post Share on other sites

immortal Posted June 10, 2006 Report Share Posted June 10, 2006 one time someone through a smoke grenade at a 250+ person game. i saw the smoke and heard "fire!" from our commander. so i emptied my mag in that direction and someone went "cease fire!". by then i was confused and i heard someone go "theres a real fire!" luckily it was small and someone stepped it out. still gave me a laugh. Wraith18A Posted June 10, 2006 Report Share Posted June 10, 2006 OK, mine: 1) Sitting in a semi-perfect ambush position (it was in a bare spot of a clump of trees), being a lone ranger, and having 15 guys from the opposite team at OP: Iron Justice. I'm in MARPAT, and OD gear with (the formerly) mine SOPMOD M4A1 (unpainted). They swarm all around me, literally walking a few feet in front of me, and finally group up. I wasted them all with 20 seconds of continuous fire. 2) Sitting in a treeline, and then seeing about twenty BBs fly by my head seriously not 4 inches away from my face. I nearly shat my pants. We're poppin' bbs like crazy and guess what? A darn civilian on a bike almost rode in the line of fire. He stopped, waited til we duked it out (yeah, nobody had an idea to give "cease fire" order...) and then he got on his bike and left in the direction he was heading. Link to post Share on other sites

Then at the same site I was casually creeping past a bush when I heard from inside it "Now I can either shove this gun up your *albartroth* or shoot you" I took option 3 and surrendered. ED-SKaR Posted June 11, 2006 Report Share Posted June 11, 2006 I dodged a BB from a pistol at 2 yards on a room entry at the Werks... then got a double tap from the same guy in the chest too slow. I also walked in on the enemy spawn point and hosed most of the 11 man team, (Basho had got 3 or 4 i think) and scince i was standing on their spawn point they couldnt regen, I saluted them as they filed past to their other one..... that Basho took five minutes later.
