Clockwork_O
Wow Romulus just a little bit work and this becomes a very nice Sig Sauer. What Material did you used to get it that way, just sandpaper or something else? Greetings
Romulus
I am just using sand paper, 800 grit because I like a slight brushed vibe. I will be sanding more today so with luck I'll be done polishing by Monday.
LockStock
Must not let a SIG thread die. I call upon the magical powers of the necropost!!! lol Double Eagle....lol Old pic from the Summer. I'm going to take some new ones today once it warms up. I love my 552. I can't wait for the ICS 551 that's coming out.

LockStock
Oh well. I'll still buy one, it looks sexy. Here's my updated pics. My TM 552 with a custom made 2200 round box mag. With stock mag. With mag midcap.
HellsAngel
That Sig looks much better without the box mag, get rid of the rails and it would look so sexy...
LockStock
I can't stand the side rail, I just lost my hex key set, and can't take it off. As for the box mag, I agree it looks like *beep*. But it works, so I roll with it.
k30dxedle
Me, I can't stand the bottom one. But I'm fine with the side one.
RacingManiac
Me, I can't stand the bottom one. But I'm fine with the side one. which is why I took mine off... But now I can't find it, as I kinda want to buy a vertical grip with light for it so I can put a laser sight on the side rail....
k30dxedle
Hmm...well, I suppose you could get one of those Streamlight (or was it Surefire?) laser/light combos, that look a lot like an M3, but have a laser. I think STAR may make a copy as well. See, I'm in luck, as the only thing I ever use is a vert grip. And the folded stock more than suffices for that.
HellsAngel
Hmmm I love the Sig rifles... Looking forward to seeing how the new ICS 551 pans out I can never decide which one I'd want personally, they all look so good... Probably the 550... No wait the 551! Ahhh but what about the 552... Clockwork_O
I am just using sand paper, 800 grit because I like a slight brushed vibe. I will be sanding more today so with luck I'll be done polishing by Monday. Ok I'm looking forward to it, I might be buying a Prime TM 226 with threaded barrel and I'm planning on sanding/polishing it too. Greetz and keep up the good work Romulus

Romulus
I was looking around in my pictures and realized that I had never posted up the shots of the KSC SIG Pro 2009 that I had in my hands for a very short time. This is the cleaners gun now. I also hadn't seen P226 to Pro 2009 comparison pictures so I thought that they might be of interest.
IronWolf
Stock slide on the pro?
Romulus
Yup. The heavy weight material really wasn't that bad but it does look a bit plasticy.
uscmCorps
Nice and simple the way I like them: * Tuned the internals a bit. * HurricanE Metal Body. * PROUD Tactical SIG552 RIS I did a short review of the RIS here.
DerRelienT
I like the look of the RIS handgaurd, but sadly it's out of my budget now =/ Would a 8.4 1400mAh battery fit in there? or only the 600mAh? Edited December 4, 2007 by DerRelienT
amateurstuntman
Aren't 1400s the same size as 600s? They are just better cells. Anyway, it is a bit of a griz but you can get a mini in there.
DerRelienT
No, i had to take out the battery tray in my 552 to fit my 1400mAh in there.
uscmCorps
No, i had to take out the battery tray in my 552 to fit my 1400mAh in there. Can the battery tray be easily removed or did you have to cut it out?
Lax
Erm, are you sure it's not a 9,6v ? Because i don't think the tray removal is needed else.
