christhesecond
Yeah I completely agree with those 2 points. Looks really good though. Makes me wish I hadn't sold my MRE setup haha.
mrk
Yep. This is still work in progress. I think I'll get comtac's once I find one with nice price on it. Now that you mentioned it I think I'll buy BUIS for this. Also needs AN/PEQ2 (waiting G&P's release) and I might swap 552 to 551. I'm wearing Belleville 550 ST boots from my USMC loadout so I'll change the boots to something more army . I have tried to source some Oakley Assault Boots Made in USA which is no easy task... atleast not for me

Whitedingo
BUIS (Back Up Iron Sight) GP RAS Sling Adaptor Guarder AN/PEQ2 King Arms MRE SF M951 Aimpoint Comp M2 A.R.M.S. #22M68 Mount with ful spacer Eagle 3-pt sling  How'd you get the KA MRE to tighten down on the sytema outer barrel properly? I tried mine and even when fully tightened the barrel is loose.
MaZDaK
@whitedingo  Use the barrel spacers included in the kit! I had a KA CQBR kit (freefload KAC handguard) and my KA barrel without the spacers was loose too!  Best regards MaZ
Carter
Can you see over the PEQ enough to use your BUIS?

Jorge14
They look like EAGLE Ciras' or PCs, I'm not too good with vests. All 3 have Tan MICH 2000s and the guy in the middle has a Norotos NVG mount and the guy on the left has a Rhino NVG mount. And of course ACUs, not sure on boots either. TheLair
Its hard to make out exactly what vests they are. They definately could be CIRAS', and RRVs are the other common ones. All in Ranger Green  All made by Eagle Edited October 26, 2007 by TheLair
Azulsky
I would say RRV because the CIRAS doesnt have the buckles on the shoulders They most likely have the rear plate with the MAP attached rather than the mlcs backpack(i think they would prefer to wear a plate?) Â Â Though i cant be sure because they seem to have pouches all around and that would indicate a plate carrier w cummberbund Edited October 26, 2007 by Azulsky
Jorge14
https://www.infantry.army.mil/75thranger/im...cture%20019.jpg You can see them using the Eagle Plate Carrier w/ Cummerbund being used here so I would guess that.
TheLair
That there is a weird something.... its an RRV/PC hybrid thing. The RRV has a cummerbund
Jorge14
It was discussed and no one knew for sure but most accurate guess is a PC with Cummerbund and PACA. That's what I'm doing for my impression anyways.
scooberoo
It's an MBSS rear plate carrier with a cumberbund, but the cumberbund is not the one that comes with the typical "Eagle PC w/ cumberbund package" when you buy it commercially. The front is Eagle RRV.
scooberoo
That's regarding this https://www.infantry.army.mil/75thranger/im...cture%20019.jpg
Jboud18
Anyone know what type of backpack it is. The boots, i dont care about. Its the vest and the pouches on the side and front i care about the most. EDIT: I found the helmet and NVG mount but the vest is confusing. Some one got a pic of some one like that with the vest so i can see how to move the pouches into place once i get the vest? Edited October 26, 2007 by darkwolf0982
