I realized the other day that I have never taken any pictures of my polished HFC 190 "Custom Chrome". This gun was never meant to look really super good but it is really fun to play with. It lives in my collection partially because it is also a close cousin of the Beretta that Tony used in the first few seasons of 24.

I'd like to take credit for the many hours that it took to make this silver but honestly StRams did this and I just bought it from him. I did, however, take it to pieces, acid etch it, and then spray it with several coats of automotive clear coat so that it would not require polishing all the time.

Very basic list of upgrades:

  • Hogue Grips
  • Lots 'o' Spit and Polish!
  • Upgraded Recoil Spring (brand?)

Finally a picture with a few of my other guns that happened to be on my desk to give a good idea of its size etc.

WOW!  I absolutly love that in white, highly unussual and very classy.  Looks liek the sort of thing I would do to one of my guns!  Very cool indeed, although I would have made the grips red.

You read my mind. The white has sadly gone all yellow so im going to redo it but im thinking of doing an Umbrella corp pattern on the white grips???

Really. In season 1, 2 and and maybe 3 it looked an awful lot like a Beretta. Do you have a screen shot perchance?

Edit: I googled baby desert eagle but I'm still not so sure.

the proper name for the baby DE is the jericho 941, maybe thats why you couldnt find it.

Hey can somebody post pictures of a KSC M9 or a KWA M9? I'm looking into buying either one of those or a WA because of the working decocker.

Pics would be appreciated. Also, I know that on the KSC the slide doesn't lock back all the way, is that noticeable compared to the real steel?

Thanks,

Evan Levesque

Bought a WA M9 yesterday, and I'm very pleased :)

Love the grayish finnish and the metal - but it's not metal! The plastic heavy weight is really good  Didn't know it was plastic until i read a review today
