DarkLite
I like the smiley and frowny faces on your medic pouch Darklite Cheers! darklite your fire selector is waaay down there? Aye, it's an old DBOYs AKSU, so the tolerances have become really, really loose on the selector. Ergo, what used to be Semi is now still full auto, and the position it's in now is semi. Since I run semi only almost all of the time, it stays there - I burnt through 3-4K bbs on semi that day.

dealda
I think that the idea is quite nice.... but the way you have done it... brrrrrrrrrr You should at least paint the scope black.
Schultz98
yea but they don't cost £9 now do they ;p maybe not, but as I have one I can say its quite worth it, 4x scope with good eye relief, nice large diameter and field of view as well as its not ghetto electrical taped to your gun, you even get a nifty rangefinder built into it
tactical chef
nice work jon, im gonna have a look through that on sunday, i chuck my elcan on the ak for some real ugly fuglyness
Jon L
maybe not, but as I have one I can say its quite worth it, 4x scope with good eye relief, nice large diameter and field of view as well as its not ghetto electrical taped to your gun, you even get a nifty rangefinder built into it surely taping it on is in the true spriit of an ak? Well I will see tomorrow how well it works. If it does then money well spent, if not then its only £9 and I will just use the scope loose in a pocket ;p

-Angel-
Anyone had an experience marrying a CYMA AKM with a ACM Romanian foregrip? Most of those ACM for-grips are designed for the TM style gun - 4 screws at the bottom of the receiver. I suspect the tab that is meant to fit into the receiver is too big to fit? I've fit RS rommy foregrips to several marui based AKs and one VFC, and that grip is definitely intended for a VFC style. Most you would need to do it shave it down a little to fit the barrel and/or handguard retainer, but you might not even need to do that on the ACM copies (you would if it was real rommy furniture)

validtumoralarm
Quick question for you guys... Are AK and RPK handguards interchangeable? As in do they use the same mounting system?
FW200
Uppers are the same, lowers are not. Due to the RPK barrel being larger and the handguard retainer being larger as well.
validtumoralarm
Uppers are the same, lowers are not. Due to the RPK barrel being larger and the handguard retainer being larger as well. So it would take some serious modification to put...say, an X-47 RIS on an RPK? Or could I just get an AK handguard retainer as well to replace the AK one?
