PV_Golf
It's a special heavy weight material, I believe that it's a mix between some metal and plastic material. It feels great and is cold to the touch. It's a shame they don't use it on more of there guns...
BiGSeXyFLaVoR
Man, I want a KWA M9 but I dont know how it performs. Does any one know if this gun is good or not?
pokethepope
http://128.177.0.116/m9.htm  http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/reviewpost/.../cat/all/page/1  It'll be the same as the guns reviewed above, although some of the KWA's sold in the States have a metal slide, but performance will be the same. BiGSeXyFLaVoR
Are there any real steel berettas that have plastic lower frames? Cuz if I buy a KWA beretta, well you get the idea....
FPBBrandon
I was bored and started slapping berettas together... Â
my_plague_666
can someon please tell me how much of the foregrip on a 93r do you need in order to use comfortably. i was thinking about putting an M9 barrel in one and gutting back the foregrip so its either level with the end of the slide or the end of the lower frame so it doesnt protrude from the gun. Â how long would the forgrip be for each of these lengths? (cut to the end of the slide and cut to the end of the frame)
snowman
Why not just remove the foregrip altogether? Â Cheers.
TheLair
Are there any real steel berettas that have plastic lower frames? Cuz if I buy a KWA beretta, well you get the idea.... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Â Absolutely not! Most Berettas use either steel or aluminum frames, and titanium is starting to become a big thing too. Â I understand where your coming from in a milsim sense, but no, the pressures and force exerted by real firearms will definately shatter a plastic frame. Â But on another note, Glocks do use polymer frames, which is some kind of super plastic. But there is metal inside that plastic (the rails and such) Â AFAIK Beretta does not make any polymer framed pistols
Hayabusa
I was bored and started slapping berettas together... <{POST_SNAPBACK}>  Just seeing this has given me an idea.Do compensators that are designed for the m93r such as this KSC M93r compensator kit fit on , say , a TM m92f ? or would I have trouble fitting it? I've always wondered but never found an answer.  Also , some excellent looking Beretta's in here , I'm going to hopefully customize mine soon.  cheers  Hayabusa
FPBBrandon
I know that comp kit fits my 92 (I have the comp rattling around somewhere. You should buy it if someone still sells it, I believe its long discontinued). My 92 is KSC however, not TM.
my_plague_666
Why not just remove the foregrip altogether? Cheers. <{POST_SNAPBACK}>  because foregrips are always nice, i dont think it would look right and i did a couple of mock ups on photoshop a while ago and with a shorter foregrip and standard mag and barrel and it melded better with the frame making a chunkier more full-auto looking M9

evilhippy
Marushin, the older 6mm models - in fact I think thats the only way to get an airsoft Taurus - didn't Marushin make the Taurus92 in their ancient NBB lineup?
my_plague_666
marauzen make a NBB 93r. its on redwolf, and i recon with the foregrip and longer barrel it wouldnt make a bad sniping pistol

Oh, and Beretta does make polymer framed pistols.  Cheers, Daniel Edited March 2, 2007 by Crispin1025
jimel
Warning for you all WA Cougar users. This is what happened to my SCW2 Cougar after 300 shots with GG. The front end of the slide seems to be quite fragile. Fortunately I have a replacement slide so I can happily use GG again in my Cougar
