evilliboba
anybody have any experience using 3 point slings? i just found my old one and it's a pain to use for some reason. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't use one with my M14. It is too long to make it worth using a three pointer.
NickN
I use a traditional 2-point sling with mine.
1cem4n
yeah, i just don't have the money right now lol.
Fellowz
im investing in a leather sling for my M14. just to keep it classic.
Ingo_Sleeps
when i had my '14 i used a three point with it, it was an old sa80 sling so it was pretty long. most of the time i just kept it at its maximum length and doubled it over to use the two lengths of webbing as one single strap so i could tab about with my sidearm drawn and not brain myself with the foresight. whats the problem you're having specifically? might be able to help. evilliboba
Nice SOPMOD, casey_cole My humble M14. http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l165/evi...ba/other010.jpg http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l165/evi...ba/other009.jpg She's a nice reliable DMR. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Sadly I'm probably going to be selling this beauty. Anyone interested can PM me to be first to know if I should decide to sell.
1cem4n
well the other day, i was climbing up a hill and it was really steep. I couldn't let my gun out of my hands as it would fall all the way down to the bottom of a creek. I banged up my hands pretty badly and my paintjob got scratched a bunch. I want to be able to sling it around onto my back.
Fellowz
a sling would also come in handy for when you need to use a pistol
1cem4n
i'm without a pistol right now but i'm hoping to pick up a TM G17 later on.

1cem4n
haha, i wish i had that much money..... if i do get another gun, it'll probably be a TM M733.
StarMonkee
My EBR plan is currently on the back burner. A friend of mine is wanting to getting into airsoft so am paying for them to go to Ground Zero weekender. Also using this as a blatant excuse to bolster my gun collection back up
