Inokatsu+Escort goodness. -heavy bolt! - I'm half considering an MPI build, if only because I could install the proper grip. Not really sure what to do with it, though. I have a "skeletal" folding stock, as all the AK104's I've seen in the hands of Russians have such stocks... I had plans to pick up a full length front end for the AK103 option (as well as a ribbed receiver cover for the AK74/AKS74 option), but it seems that Inokatsu has stopped selling spare parts. I'll be able to answer nearly every question once I open it up to install a Systema Turbo and metal bushings! And yes, its awesome, a friend got his with out order (along with 2 other people) compared to the VFC, it is win! Krylon in the spray can from the Hardware store- basically I laid down a brown base coat, then went back over it lightly with a purple-ish hobby paint- I think it was testors? I wonder if AK hopup's and Madbull tightbore's fit well in Christmas stockings lol And, I just thought up something. With real steel AK pistol grips couldn't you cut it in half, hollow it out and put some plasticard or someting sheets in the space to widen it and bondo/JB weld it back together and paint/dye/color it the same color as the grip? The problem is that my gun is built around an AKS-style receiver; I don't know how I'd work an MPi stock around that, or how "swappable" the receiver is considering the internals.
