Aitch
Does your internet provider not give you an allocation of hosting space? I use my talk talk/tiscali allocation for all my pics and it's free, I've quite a few uploaded, search your providers website, all you need is a FTP client for uploading, I think using web based hosting sites is daft when most ISP do have space for you? I am at work at the moment and using the hosting space is blocked as it is meant for work purposes, hence why I said I will do it later as web hosting is being a jebend and at home I don't have to worry about it . Stormin
Managed to source the rail attachment for my Night Warrior. Now I just need to get a proper light for it (this one's only temporary). I also added weighed grips
garry
I'll add the rest of it later. My latest build....
garry
One of my faves. WA based, but can't remember what kit this was now!! Excellent quality to say the least though. All cnc and very defined, not a cast mark in sight.
icolater
Nice. Used to own a few wa 1911 s (para ordinance, 3 kimber tle rl pro, kimber tle and a couple of non 1911 beretta s). Kinda wish I kept them but sold them all to move over in to the marui 1911 world which IMO has much better options available for the marui platform these days.
icolater
Hey if you want to sell that colt. Pm me.
garry
Thanks buddy, but not sure I'd ever sell that one. Probably one of the best made / quality reps I've come across of a 1911 A1. I'd take it over the Inokatsu all day long.

FireKnife
I just wish that came in a less fragile and expensive design. If TM ever made one that is all I would have. Such a lovely looking gun is the Hardballer Longslide. 'FireKnife'
PureSilver
A Nova TM-compatible Hardballer Longslide MBK would leave me destitute. It's bad enough trying to resist the urge to build an Absolution Silverballer; the Hardballers would be irresistible.
garry
Getting there... Just waiting for some grips and the correct flat base mag to arrive...
garry
Grips arrived, but can't seem to get a decent pic which does this justice, so you'll have to put up with my rubbish ones...
hitmanNo2
What's the finish on that slide? Looks cool.
garry
Hi mate, Basically, I polish then use a gun blue / brown. Unfortunately, it doesn't wear very well as when you blue steel, so I lock the finish in with a hard gloss epoxy.
hitmanNo2
Hmm. Interesting. I have an M1911 I want to have a blued finish and I was looking at painting. This might be better. Can you get some natural light shots?
garry
Sure, will try at the weekend for you. This was a strange one. I've polished and blued airsoft for others in the past, and it does actually come out looking deep blue like the RS. On this however (Army), they seem to use a higher than normal aluminium content in the cast alloy, so it turns a deep brown / bronze (which still looks nice), so I may have to try an aluminium black when I do my next one of these in a couple of weeks. Manufacturers seem to use slightly different alloys to each other, so you can't always tell how it will come out until you apply the blue. The main thing though, yes you can get the finish, but doesn't wear anything like blue on steel as it wont bite into the surface properly - hence I lock it in with a very hard clear epoxy (rattle can clear coats don't work - and too soft and weak)
hitmanNo2
Cheers. Not too bothered about wear. In fact, I'd rather it stay 100% unblemished. Base will be Prime, so hopefully work out OK. Can you recommended me the epoxy sealant you use bud?
