I find their website is fairly good, if you know what you want then you can find it in a few clicks and the search works really well. If you are like me and want to browse everything in a category slowly then it can be a bit harder to navigate, being able to filter AEG's by model instead of just manufacturer would be a great improvement. The website has a very accurate stock count, it's very reassuring to know that if it says in stock you can be 99.9999% certain that is correct. They have a fantastic range of products for sale and are probably one of the best UK retailers for the harder to find bits of kit, especially Magpul stuff. It really has the feel of a warehouse rather than a shop, they really have enough to keep you busy browsing for a whole day at work (I should know I tested!) The sales support is great, I had a problem with Royal Mail holding up my order and even though it was no fault of their own, Fire-Support still helped me resolve it. The only complaints I have are that they can sometimes take a few days to post items, and that their the photos and descriptions on their webste are mostly awful. I e-mailed them with a general query regarding getting some specialist ICS parts for my SIG and instead of just coming back to me like other people with "we'll find out" or "let us get back to you". RWJP Posted August 7, 2010 Report Share Posted August 7, 2010 I'm up to 6 orders with Firesupport now, including two AEGs and Two pistols and i'd recommend them to anybody. Nice easy website, accurate stock counts (why can't more sites do this?) and good order tracking... Their customer service is spot on and the problems i've had (one broken piston, and one faulty pistol OOTB) have been sorted quickly and without fuss. They managed to get it to me for 8:30am saturday Only problem I had - they sent some krylon I ordered too no.26, not no.126. They rang me and asked why it wasn't delivered, realised their mistake and sent it off again; I received it the next day. Always have been fast and good service, would recommend them to all. One of the few shops in the UK to actually stock parts that are useful and if you don't see it on the website then a quick call will usually get you the part. Run by a couple of excellent fellas and to give an example of how far they go. I broke the lower receiver on my TM SOPMOD. it took them 6 months to get a replacement (if anyone has tried to get new model parts or obscure parts from TM will know this is actually quite quick). Hello, first, has you can see on my info, i am portuguese and here it's nearly impossible to get decents products for airsoft, that leaves me with one option buy stuff from stores in the scengen space (or i would have to pay several times the price of that stuff i bought and it could get confiscated by the police). With that in mind i want to ask you some stuff about them. I was interested in some airsoft guns (i just like them, take it has a collection), KWA SR10, ARES CTAR-21 Tavor, MagPul PTS Masada/ACR and a Tokyo Marui H&K USP (AEP), do you think they would be able to provide this in some kind of special order and send them to Portugal? plus some other stuff like MagPul midcap Mags and stuff that you could get in the USA (which i can't get directly to Portugal). I am not sure but it seems they only send to UK. Even if i proved i belong to the portuguese aisoft federation, do i have a chance they would sent it to me? I would available to pay a little extra just for the effort. And yes i will send them an e-mail, but i think UK retailers don't like me. airsoftworld fo example didn't answer my e-mails.
