uscmCorps
I will need to buy a DBAL one day. Stunning blaster dear sir. Thanks man!
wazzy1013
Current status of one of my KWA PTS LM4's (US Edition). I have since moved the DBAL forwards, right behind the front sight. just damn, looks great. Gota ask, is that an actual pic; or made on an app. as can hardly tell
uscmCorps
It's an actual pic. I take the pics in the alley outside my garage against a wall and then remove the background digitally in photoshop. It's pretty easy. Just takes a bit of time to get a clean result. ollie_ty
It looks like you've got good lighting in that alley. Why dont you get a big piece of white card, and when you take pictures, prop it up against the wall? Alot less work that way.
uscmCorps
Either way, I usually have to remove the background to clean up. Doesn't bother me to do it really. I find it kind of therapeutic.
CplHicks
Not 100% happy with the paint.
emp3ror86
Yeah, looks like the colors are too similar.
Wingmann
A family picture
akiraspeedstar
CplHicks - Yeah as mentioned the colors look top similar and blend together, also the blocks seem a little to large. Nice build though, add a magnifier and you got a No Easy Day gun haha.
PureSilver
AR15 Family.jpg Lord God, wingmann, you actually have a KAC RIS, rather than a RAS, on that upper. Is that RS?
Agent Hunk
Swapped some of the MOE stuff for a VTAC battle rail. Gun has been through a lot and needs to be re-painted one day. Also kinda want a laser. I had a Surefire style break on it but my gun really hates the brakes aren't nice and open so I'm looking at other options.
Leon Kennedy
Yeah, looks like the colors are too similar. Too light. Perhaps you could dust the whole thing over in a dark brown to darken it up.
CplHicks
Colours used were all krylon. Sand dune base with brown and khaki digital patterns.
uscmCorps
I agree with Leon. Take the brown you used for the darker color and dust the entire thing very lightly with it. That tan is VERY light.
Wingmann
Lord God, wingmann, you actually have a KAC RIS, rather than a RAS, on that upper. Is that RS? Nope, it's a nice copy of it though. Very fitting for the upper I use in my 1990's+ SEAL loadout
TheFull9
I feel there's a serious gap in my knowledge. I've pretty sure it's to do with the attachment system, but how do they differ exactly?

emp3ror86
Where did you find that rear sight?
johny_blaze
You can find it at http://www.taiwangun.com/parts-and-accesories/sights/buis-rear-sight-p-j.html at least I think it's the same, though I guess you could find it cheaper at a HK shop
intinerious
Where did you find that rear sight? http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/king-arms-tactical-qd-rear-sight.html Exact same one Element used to make one, but apparently it's discontinued. I actually don't like running the LaRue BUIS any more and fancy the KAC 600m flip up instead. As much as the LaRue promo pics with the exact kind of optics setup in my pic above, having a flip up BUIS and flipping it down and out of the way really makes a difference if you're looking to acquire your targets faster...I don't think it makes much of a difference when my targets are 20-30m away but I'm planning on running that gun for CQB, so it's around 10-20m engagement distances in HK and acquiring targets as fast as possible are much more crucial at those ranges Then again I realised that removing the EOTECH lightens up the gun significantly enough that I might as well just run irons for CQB and if I get the chance to run the gun outdoors, then I'll run the EOTECH For airsoft purposes the LaRue riser does allow for no zero shift...I've tested it about 20 times with the dot originally centered above my front post (aligned with the rear sight) and it holds
kojak
Lots of changes; I think it's finally done.
