So all guns with a Bushmaster, KAC, Colt, FN, or special body/others don't belong?

An HK 416 is NOT an Armalite. It uses the same external parts but works on a different piston system than the true Armalites (in terms of real-steel)...

It's just like calling a vz. 58 a Kalashnikov (which I got drilled on by Jagdraben-thanks buddy ;)). It works on an entirely different system than the original Kalashnikov.

That is my basis.

 Who cares?

And don't take anything Jagdraben says to seriously. After all, the internet it's serious business.

You heard of Leitner-Wise? POF-USA? They make drop in piston systems for any AR15. So if I pretend my airsoft armalite has piston internals it's not an armalite anymore? Armalite is a relative term. 416s are armalites because they look like armalites, you're not fooling anyone.

Why not quote FarEast's GR300 while youre at it? They use gas pistons too. Guess we need a ZM thread now, right?

onoes!~ i haev ben flammed on teh intornetz!111

The fact that the Kalashnikov and Vz58 have different operating mechanisms is a verifiable fact. That said, I don't honestly see the problem with Vz58s in Kalashnikov threads or HK416s in AR-15 threads. Of course, I don't see the problem with Type 89s and SA80s in Armalite threads, either....

Could the owners of these by any chance give me a list of colours that were used in the paintjobs (or anyone else who actually knows the names of them).

Thanks in advance. +1s waiting.

I used Rustoleum Camo Flat Olive Green and Rustoleum Flat Black, put the green on first as a base coat then just misted the black on...

A little off topic but meh:

Hey "Jagdraben", your sig says "SPAM G&G'S EMAIL ASKING FOR THE F2000 TO BE THE FIRST/SECOND NATIONAL AEG OFF THE LINE!" Can you let me know what county uses the FN2000 as their primary weapon? The contest is or the main weapon of the country. US = M4, England = L85, German = G36, ETC.
