Not bad but not great, has some VERY cool moments and missions but really feels a lot like CoD. High action, very scripted and annoying quick time events. Worth a go but nothing worth repeating IMHO.

I don't mind the unlocks on BF just the map mostly. It feels too much like COD. I can see why they used Metro especially on the consoles as Caspian would feel empty with the lower player cap but surely there's something in between the two.

Wake island is okay in bf2 even with 16 players, so that would have been good, to play caspien you had to hunt around for a password of the BF forums, which are full of "recon sux" "this is the worst game ever" etc, and its suspected there are more than a few hacks and exploits in use, but there's nothing of any value in there.

Stock piston head/cup is 13.5mm, my upgrade ones are around 13.6mm.

The single player is adequate, the multiplayer servers for xbox were terrible , hope they improve , constantly getting network errors.

Depends on how covered in paint it is and the type used as from what I recall some pretty much washes off always while some can get quite sticky after it has had the elements at it.

It's only fun if your playing pb'ers, using airsoft as most of there speedboats tactics don't crossover and they refuse to adapt.

G&P's get fitted with Deans or Tamiya depending on the retailer's specs... If you get it from Ehobby it should be deans... Not like Tamiya connectors have ever killed anyone though..

Like all things WE the mags leak pretty quickly but this is one of the few WE guns that i have seen hold up to use for at least a year.

VSR hop as standard? I thought they were a tanaka clone with the hop dial on the top rail.

the dial is the same as the tanaka (really precise like a tm m14) but it takes vsr hop rubbers and barrels

Hey, if you replace every item in the gearbox INCLUDING the gearbox shell and it still is messing around, then a new gearbox makes sense.

Poppers, and not the dodgy kind. They work better than velcro, plus are less likely to snag i find

It didn't come with a 1911 but I have two of those anyway. I suppose the glock will remind me how perfect the 1911 is.

A 7 year old TM M14 Socom and mods wise a G&P gearbox, M120 motor and DMR cosmetics.

Skip the DMR bits and do it .

Definitely give it the DMR internals, plus a nice scope and a cheek rest - the big battle rifle's an absolute pig to shoot without an elevated cheekpiece if you're using telescopic sights. And get a wood stock for it!
