I suppose this is the best place to ask, excuse me if this doesn't belong here  :)

Would this stock fit on a Mk14 chasis? With the top rail removed ofcourse. It should, since the Mk14 is compatible with 870 stocks, right?

It should fit but I doubt these manufactures have their sh*t together enough to make it precise enough to truly fit. I don't think the motor would fit in there either. If you don't already have the kit, here is another option:

hmm, i have a few ebr questions...

if uve got 1, was it worth it? i mean, it looks badass but is it really worth spending $500 ish to just change the pistol grip, add a few ras rails etc..

also, how easy is it to change the battery on them? is there a door or similar where u can swap it in/out quickly? or do u have to unscrew some *beep*?

also, how hard is it to install? (the g&p version)

also again, does ne1 know the difference between http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper.php?i...-SK-08_srch_m14

and http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper.php?i...SK-08A_srch_m14

?

cos apparently its only the grip thats different in the cheaper 1...

and out of g&p and king arms, which is better?

a lot of questions i know, and any answers would be greatly appreciated!!!!

cheers, tom

Ah darn, the motor goes in there? I have an M14 on the way, but I've never held one or seen it on the inside :P

I was thinking of buying the G&P silver Mk14 kit, this stock, and add a Magpul MIAD and CTR to it. But I guess I'll have to drop the stock plan... And the silver G&P Mk14 kit seems to be near impossible to find as well :(

Hi Tom,

Maybe I can answer some of your questions.

Is it worth it? I think so, I've been in and out of airsoft for close to 8 year now, and every gun I built has cost almost 1k USD. So at the end it will cost much as any M4 that's been tricked out.

Currently on the market are 2 Types of EBR Kits, the Regular EBR and the Seal's MK14 mod 0 EBR. The Seal's is 1 inch shorter, not the barrel but the body and rail, and maybe a little lighter and is only made by G & P right now. the regular EBR is made by TGS and King Arms. The TGS can hold a Large type battery. the king Arms can not however the king arms has a full lengh RAS from Mag to Barrel allowing you to use vertical grips.

The battery swap on on all EBRs are a pain.

Check G&P's website they have instructions on how to install their kit. It seems a little complex. Compaired to my TGS kit. I haven't seen the King Arms kit yet.

G&P and King Arm is asking if you like Which type of EBR... Little Google goes along way.
