The Version 2 WG 700 series revolvers have been fitted with stronger hammer springs so they are considerably more powerful than the previous version.
If you were to look up the term “boat anchor” in the dictionary you would most likely find a picture of a gun like this. With the exception of their plastic contoured grips, the WG revolvers are constructed completely out of metal giving them an abundantly hefty and realistic feel to them. Everything is metal right down to the fully adjustable rear sight. There is also a high level of detail to be found on these revolvers as even each shell has “Wingun 700” stamped into the shells rim.
Aside from looking and feeling realistic they also function just like a real double action revolver. It even has a working transfer bar! Push forward on the checkered release and the cylinder swings out for loading. Each shell is metal with a rubber tip which the BB is loaded into before being pushed into the revolvers open cylinder. The cylinders ejector also works just like the real one so it’s great for practicing your reloads. WG did integrate a safety mechanism into the cylinder release and engages by pushing back on it.
The WG 700 series revolvers are powered by a 12 gram CO2 cartridge which is loaded into the revolvers grip. The power generated from these high pressure cartridges enables the revolver to punch out shots which are equal in power to most high end sniper rifles and emits a nerve rattling bang. These revolvers are sadly not equipped with a hop up system yet due to their high power are still effective at a respectable distance. Because their muzzle velocities are so high it is strongly recommended to go with either .25g or .28g for the best accuracy.
Included with your revolver are six reusable shells, a revolver speed loader that functions just like the real one and two accessory rails which can be attached to either the top or bottom of the barrel for mounting a laser sight, flashlight or red dot sight.

Okay I know what you’re thinking. The market needs another Hi-Capa look-alike as much as Custer needed another Indian. So, you ask yourself what makes the KJW’s double stack 1911 Tactical any different from all the others out there? Well, the main difference is that this one actually works.
This hefty pistol is constructed out of metal with the only plastic part visible being the Tanio Koba polymer grip. The grip is very detailed with wrap around checkering and features a beveled mag well to help guide the magazine into the pistol during those frantic reloads where every second counts. Also featured is a railed frame for attaching accessories such as a flashlight or laser. Its slide has both fore and aft serrations and has been fitted with white dot combat sights.
KJW has equipped their 1911 with a reinforced, CO2 compatible blow back system which generates impressive recoil and a fast cycle rate. Surprisingly this performance does not come at the cost of eating massive amounts of gas as you can expend the entire magazine of rounds as fast as you can pull the trigger without having the pistol freeze up or even slow down noticeably which is something that has plagued other models.
One thing about this pistol that really impressed us was how accurate it was even at its maximum range. Because it is fitted with an adjustable hop up system you are able to use several different weights of BB’s from a .2g all the way up to a .28g. In fact with the heavier BB’s we were even able to engage torso sized targets past 50 yards with remarkable consistence. Power is a respectable 300 fps with a .2g BB keeping it at CQB friendly levels. However, if you purchase the CO2 powered magazine available separately the muzzle velocity is increased to 350 fps and gives the pistol an even more menacing kick. Also for you out there who already own a WE Hi-Capa 4.3 or 5.1 you’ll be happy to know that their magazines are compatible with this KJW. Overall the 1911 Tactical is one of the best pistols we have seen from KJW to date. It has great performance, excellent build quality and killer looks. Don’t let this one pass you by.
