Foundry Airsoft have their UAR BR kits up on Etsy now. Built on a donor APS UAR V2 it should interest anyone who collects sci-fi kit or a budding cosplay Masterchief gamer.

This conversion kit inspired by the Halo 2 & Halo Infinite Battle Rifle can be used to transform an APS UAR into a functional airsoft replica of the BR. 

Please note – these kits are a semi- preorder and will be shipped in 1-3 weeks. All components are now made, we will be assembling them and are currently awaiting delivery of the barrels and flash hiders within this period. Kits will be dispatched in the order or purchase, but purchases excluding barrels and flash hiders will be prioritised until those parts arrive.

The kit requires no permanent modifications to the gun and can be fitted in a short amount of time once the base components are assembled. 

The kit takes a modular approach, allowing you to remove the optics rail and also using an integrated suppressor if you want. The kit can house up to a 40mm diameter suppressor. 

Please note, we recommend the use of an APS UAR V2 (rear-wired), a V1 will be compatible but will need rear-wiring as the upper rail battery compartment is lost when the kit replaces it. 

The images above include an APS UAR V2 and accessories such as scopes, torches, lasers, magazines etc, these are shown for demonstration purposes only and are not included. Please refer to our magnum listing for all details of that product.

The kits include:

-Complete upper body replacement in 4 sections, with a 20mm rail along the entire length
-Handguard
-Magwell extension set. Please note the kit is compatible with the APS U-Mags or other VN styled straight magazines. Permanent modification is required to the magwell extension if you wanted to use standard stanag magazines. We do not recommend this is done however.
-Optics rail set with 20mm rail. This can be fitted to any other airsoft replica with an adequately long top rail. The rear of the rail system is fitted with an oil filled button compass – supplied loose so the kit can be painted without having to cover it. 
-2x magazine base replacements for the APS U-Mags. These still allow the magazines to be manually wound. 
-Handgrip extension, this replaces the battery compartment clip on the bottom of the grip. 
-2 removal M-Lok rails fitted to the front of the kit for torches, lasers etc.

OPTIONAL 

-Aluminium barrel extension (7/8″ length, 19mm diameter)
-3 or 4 prong flash hider (aluminium/ steel)

If selected, this bundle will include all 3 modules for the kit (RRP £60) and an additional 2 mag bases (RRP £7)

The 4 options are as follows:

(1) Barrel + Flash hider – complete kit including the barrel extension and flash hider 
(2) No barrel/ FH – Includes all components other than a barrel extension and flash hider – for those who may already own these or wish to source their own.
(3) B + FH + Pistol Kit – Option 1 barrel + flash hider and including the pistol set
(4) No (B + FH) + Pistol – Option 2 with no barrel + flash hider but including the pistol set.
