2027AD. Following the uncontained nuclear exchange in the Middle East in 2012 now known as The Reckoning, society worldwide has broken down. There are no countries, there are no nations, there are only Clans. There is no priority but survival and prowess at arms is the most highly prized quality. Despite the devastation the Clans have maintained some skills from before The Reckoning, chief amongst these are the skills of the doctor. Constant fighting between Clans and a stagnant birth rate due to contamination have made the ability to keep Clan members alive a vital pursuit. This necessity has pushed donor technology far beyond what existed, but the unwilling donors are likely to be prisoners snatched from rival Clans.
The opportunity to ransack an abandoned hospital for supplies and equipment is too attractive to ignore and two Clans are destined to meet for a battle of will and wits that will decide the fate of one of them. The hospital however has a dark secret…
