The Citadel have sent in details of their Operation Tiger which will be taking place this month Worcester MA in the USA:
Operation Tiger at The Citadel May 16th.
It has been learned that an American AH-64 gunship was lost in Southeast Afghanistan due to a reported mechanical failure. SAR recovered two burnt bodies from the crash site and it was assumed these were of the crew.
Army Medical has reported that these were not from the American crew but were locals. NATO JSOC intel has reported that the Taliban may have at least one of the crewmen alive and as a hostage near the Pakistan Border and recovery must happen immediately to prevent them from being moved across the border.
NATO JSOC has approved a SAR mission to recover any NATO hostages that are being held in and old factory near the border zone. Moderate resistance is expected by local Taliban militiamen. The plan is to secure the hostages alive and wait for helicopter evac from the factory roof. Speed is essential as there are no NATO forces in the immediate area if the Taliban converge on the location.
