Complete Bullshit, dumbass kids have to ruin Airsofting because they don't know how to act with them.
I would really be taking a closer look at the youth and especially the parents of the youth that are involved in these specific incidents. This isn't something that happens every day. This is one isolated incident that is being made an example of, and if it would insure that this sort of “accident” never happens again, I would be all for the bill… But quite frankly I just think it's a “quick fix”, “please the people” sort of gesture that hasn't been thoroughly thought over.
I will absolutely be writing my district's senator and expressing my opinion not only because I feel this bill removes freedom from law abiding American citizens, but also because I don't see it necessarily solving the problem at hand, and I can certainly see a few new problems it poses, i.e the reason some are calling it the “Cop Killer” bill.
