clip_image002Elite Action Games have sent over news of their new site opening this coming Monday in Tunbridge as well as an update on their Dorking site:

EAG Tunbridge War – Combat Evolution
Elite Action Games are opening their 4th Airsoft Site. Our opening day will be 29th August (Bank Holiday Monday) and then every second Sunday thereafter.

The site is an existing paintball site with features including buildings (in multiple locations), vehicles (including a dormant 432 and Land Rover), 150 plus acres of sprawling woodland safezone and adequate parking.

Walk-on is £25 per head. No rentals for the first few games but this service will be added later.

See below for directions:-
Get off the M25 at Junction 5, take the A21 from Tonbridge to Pembury. Go straight over the 1st roundabout then onto the dual carriageway. At the next roundabout ‘Kippins Cross’ take the 3rd exit (Sign posted Frant Station 4 Miles), go on about a mile further until you see a house on the left with an old red telephone box. 50 yards after that on the left are some double gates, pull in there.

Please note that the website will be updated with all details after the bank holiday (you’ve got to love the cyberspace guys!!).

Developments at Dorking (Dorkingnam)
As many of you know we have always had a Vietnam styled Command Post (CP) at Dorking. Recently due to issues outside of our control, we have had to shuffle things around. Still every cloud has a silver lining and if you thought the old CP was impressive, wait till you see the new one….

In short Tom and I have lost it! Like with all things, whenever you build something, it never takes long before you are bored of it, well in this instance I think it may be some time!

The old CP had four buildings and six or seven bunkers, well the new one has twenty six structures to date and we’re not finished… The structures include eleven bunkers (all covered), fifteen structure including Howitzer pit, Mortar Pit, Bunk houses, Canteen, PX Store, Comms Bunkers, CP, Tower to name a few. Inner and outer perimeter (over 200 40 Gallon oil drums), over 1000 sand bags, fake and some real barbwire, tank traps and two thirds of it surrounded by a stream… As I said we’ve gone too far this time and we are not finished! Oh I forgot to mention that this are inside the perimeter wall is over 9000 square foot! But don’t worry you don’t have to be all Nam’ed up to play here, but many do…

Below is a little diagram to wet your appetites.

clip_image014In fact this is the first stage of three new areas we are building at Dorkingnam. Soon there will be a dedicated pistol and shotie area, which might look a little like a map from a video game close to some of your heart’s…..cough…shipment..cough!

Chapel is not finished yet as we still need to divide the buildings and cover some of them and then there is plans for a new “Bastion” but I don’t want to give too much away….

We also have a new website. This is still a work in progress and will be developed over the next few weeks and lastly keep an eye on our sites list as it may increase soon….
