ASG is kicking off a new line of airsoft upgrade parts, and one of the first members of the new series are their Infinity CNC Motors. These motors are extremely well made precision upgrade AEG motors, and are available in a variety of speed options in both long type and short type configurations.
The first thing I noticed about the ASG Infinity CNC Motors is how well made they are. This isn’t just the same old AEG motor with decent magnets, this is a top-to-bottom better piece of equipment. Unlike all other airsoft motors that use a plastic base, these have a machined metal assembly that houses a bearing for the motor shaft. Instead of a round cast body with a separate bushing for the motor neck, the ASG Infinity has a one-piece, fully supported stem for the long shaft motor.
In terms of materials, these have a hardened steel CNC pinion gear, and extremely strong magnets. I was unable to find another motor from any brand or gun that had as powerful magnets as these do. Granted, other high end motors like the Lonex motors are out of stock everywhere, so I could not compare those, but the Infinity CNC is certainly at the top of the pack.
