There’s a review of the Jefftron Leviathan v3 optical ETU by Maniek44_Eng up. It’s a nice bit of kit and at some point I’l build one into one of ours here.

There’s something new coming from JAG ARMS, and here’s a shot of it courtesy of AirsoftGI. No name yet or more details but it’s almost certainly sharing the internals from their scattergun (Reaper).

Jakub over at GATE has sent their latest press release out for their STATUS computer.
The first professional gun-mounted tactical computer is ready
We are just a few weeks away from the official premiere of the STATUS computer from GATE Enterprise. It will be the first professional accessory mounted directly on the replica feeding players real-time data from their AEG to reinforce every tactical decision. No more surprises with an empty magazine or a discharged battery. Take aim with precision thanks to the built-in replica angle indicator.
We all know that today data is the key to victory. Finally, it is time to use it. Imagine the most important data are at your fingertips ready to help you make a decision and support your team. Just connect your ASTER or TITAN ETU with STATUS via Blu-Link and you are ready to go.
What functionalities are there?
Thanks to the BB counter, you will always know how many BBs have been shot from the magazine, indicating the best time to change the magazine. STATUS will also show you the estimated number of shots left on the battery. The replica angle indicator shows even the slightest AEG deviation from vertical alignment since even a few degrees are enough to stop the BB from reaching the target. The screen will also show you the AEG battery charge level, low battery warning, and fire mode notifications. The last one informs you about the current setting while switching the fire selector e.g. BURST, BINARY TRIGGER, SEMI, etc. Still need more realism? Turn on magazine simulation and set the number of magazines you want to use. The magazine counter will show you the remaining number of magazines. Turn on bolt-catch reset and after each magazine just push the assigned button or make a specific side gesture with the replica to reset bolt catch and continue shooting. Last but not least, you get four customizable Dashboards, just pick what you want to see and place it on the screen. STATUS is constantly being developed, so expect more features soon after the premiere.
What about durability?
The tactical computer is equipped with an OLED display protected with polycarbonate glass covered with 3mk FlexibleGlass™. Together with water and dust resistant CNC aircraft grade aluminum body, STATUS is designed to operate even in challenging conditions. The device has an IP68 certificate and meets by MIL-STD-810H* standards. Need more? The company’s internal stress tests showed that STATUS has ultra-high resistance to BB impact, which was tested on: 0,33g BBs, energy 2J, distance 1m/~3 ft. GATE also rolled over it with a military grade Hummer and froze the computer in -20°C.
Take the next step, reinforce your tactical decisions with data and get the confidence necessary to win.*MIL-STD-810H in temperature spikes, operation in high and low temperatures, resistance to vibration and shock, resistance to solar radiation.

It looks like Arms Magazine may have let the cat out of the bag a bit sooner than TM wanted the news out. They have a photo of what is apparently the new TM MP5A5 that’s due to be announced. Is it a GBB or is it a recoil electric? Money at the moment is on it being an improved electric.
The new issue 396 for June 2021 may well reveal a few more details.

Airsoft Taiwan have posted a video covering the Maple Leaf MLC S2 Rifle Stock. Maple Leaf’s products are much loved and produce a great deal of interest. The folding stock has obvious advantages and looks to be well made and a great improvement on the S1 version.
Sadly it’s age restricted due to the wonderful way Youtube works so you’ll have to follow the link to view it as we can’t insert it here for you.

Impulse101 have posted photos of the new Tokyo Marui LCP 380 NBB pistol. Here you can see it in all it’s glory and head on over to their shop to pick it up.
● Slim Silhouette : The proper forms and compactness of the LCP have been replicated as possible on this gas Non BlowBack (NBB) version.
● One Trigger Pull Action : Being a NBB (Non BlowBack) replica the LCP operates by only pulling the trigger (double action). This action will chamber a BB and liberate gas in order to expel the BB through the barrel.
● Long Range : Despite its compactness, short inner barrel (66mm) and relatively low velocity, the LCP performs great wits its fixed hop up system using Marui’s legendary hop bucking.
● Silent Mechanism : The LCP operates very silently. It makes it a perfect gun for survival games (airsoft skirmishes) or even speed shooting games.● Metallic Mechanism : The internals are mostly metal for better longevity. It adds weight to the replica for a more satisfying handling.

● Diecast Magazine : The 10 rounds spare magazine is made out of diecast metal for better resistance to cold weather and better gas efficiency.
