Introducing the ASG M40A3 OEMed by VFC! This EXTREMELY iconic rifle has served many years in the United States Marine Corps and has been featured in numerous video games and movies over the past decade.

The ASG M40A3 is a HUGE step up from the $100-$150 range bolt action airsoft sniper rifles mainly due to the well reputable OEM of VFC. They did an outstanding job with the externals and internals of this gun and once you get your hands on it you can immediately tell that it is a giant step up from other airsoft sniper rifles on the market today.

Internally the gun is VERY upgradeable with the cylinder, piston, spring guide, spring, hop-up rubber, and inner barrel all being VSR-10 compatible. While the internals are very sturdy out of the box, it’s great to see that VFC and ASG took the extra steps to ensure that it’s further upgradeable.

In the end, this is a very high end sniper rifle that is not only functional, but very iconic. It’s sure to be the envy on any airsoft field for years to come.

b. This device is designed intended to reduce felt recoil and muzzle climb.
c. This device is intended to be aesthetically AWESOME!
d. This device does not have threading on the forward portion of it, and is not intended to be used as part of an assembly of a silencer, suppressor or muffler.
e. This device does not diminish the sound of the firearm.
f. In an abundance of caution we have added anti-tamper features to restrict the ability of one to misuse this product.
g. Misuse of this product voids the product warranty.

2. What is the legal definition of a "Silencer"?
18 U.S.C. 921(a)(24): DEFINITIONS (FIREARM MUFFLER AND FIREARM SILENCER) The terms “firearm silencer” and “firearm muffler” mean any device for silencing, muffling, or diminishing the report of a portable firearm, including any combination of parts, designed or redesigned, and intended for use in assembling or fabricating a firearm silencer or firearm muffler, and any part intended only for use in such assembly or fabrication.

3. Will the ATF determine this to be a "Silencer"?
a. We are armed with previous determinations from FTB that view similar products not to be a silencer.
b. We disagree wholeheartedly with FTB’s determination in regards to SIG’s product. However, this product is materially different and goes above and beyond what is required to ensure that any negative determination made by the FTB would be considered arbitrary, nascent, and malicious. In an abundance of caution we have written to FTB to ask their “opinion”. Should they make an incorrect determination we will sue the ever living crap out of them… again…

Big thanks to HSP again and everyone helping out…this has been a fun project…and guys remember to not take these videos serious because they were not done professionally by any means…more of a "impression"…and I like the APS-X system no doubt. I’ll do another one if the accuracy/range is greatly affected when I clean it up.
